Hello Dr.sumaiya first of all I should thank you for doing these kind of detailed videos I am an img from india and I started preparing for amc1 in September and gave my exams in November and I cleared in my first attempt within 1 1/2 months of preparation. At some point of this preparation I was frustrated and thought of giving up the exams . At that time only I saw this video about your exam prep and expirence which gave me a boost and I got a clarity that I am going in a rite path so sat down sincerely and cracked it got results 3 days back . I have booked my exam for next Feb Insha'Allah, but life has been coming my way and today I had my first ever episode of anxiety thinking on how to tackle AMC, doubting myself and so on. I planned out some time offs during that period to make distract myself🙂I think it is very important to self talk and visualise that you have passed and just think about a score that you have received! Keep doing it every morning and night and between those 2 times, u just have to spend your time as though u haven’t given an exam at all. Whatever the result is, stressing is not going to change it at all, so why stress!

@@navkirankaur8762 I think 95% of the people don't feel like their exam went well! You wouldn't know how you did until you have your results in hand. Some of my colleagues, had started prepping for re attempt on the next day of giving exam as they did not want to take a break and were quite underconfident with their performance. Ended up scoring quite high! I know staying positive is the most difficult task at this stage but it helps manifesting good things :) Let me know when you get your results and have passed :)
I prefer paperback, so had purchased a few books 2nd hand,or printed copies. If it was too many pages and the original books were expensive, I would use my laptop. :)
