I've been a homeowner for over half a decade and this topic doesn't apply to me, but I still enjoy watching all your vids. Keep it up!

This topic does not apply to me but you always have great contents. Just a suggestion maybe you can create a video about how to apply for homestead exemption and property tax protest. Might help some of your home owner listeners. Keep it up👍

Great content, would be nice to see your uploads in 1080p or at 60fps.

With naca you can do 0 down and no pmi! No closing costs... rate below prime and fixed. No fees.. it's amazing

      That’s a great program!
      Are there income requirements?

@@MarriageKidsandMoney no income requirements... however there are strict rules such as the house must be your homestead and you can not own other property. It's not supposed to be for investors. I don't have any other properties so this worked out for me.
They underwrite the loan, so they are STRICT about income and outgo and affordability. If you have clean finances it's kind of a breeze. The more savings you have stockpiled, the easier it is to get through because they inspect the house and require the house to be in good shape, so you have to take care of the repairs.
But it's a fantastic program. I thought it was a scam and side-eyed it until a year into homeownership... now I'm 2 years into homeownership and I sing it's praises ❤
I was able to get interest rate at 2.125 fixed .. 😊😊

I wouldn’t buy a home unless I had 20 percent down . No way am I paying for PMI .

That’s where I am! My past homeownership scars won’t let me do it any other way

that pmi sounds awfully high. Is 1% standard? I was quoted $25-50 per month on a 150k mortgage. strange.

You are right that it can vary by lender. Glad your PMI is lower
