Breakfast roz karna hota hai. Lekin yeh breakfast shayad mahine mein ek baar hi kar sakenge. Agar Roz yeh breakfast karenge toh lunch aur dinner skip karna padega. Aur phir weight loss toh hoga hi. Nice recipe. Kabhi try karungi. In sha Allah
It looks so yummy +,healthy I think it is enough for 3,4 persons per day not so costly best for health and bones majority k liye yehi advise karoongi k material whole month k liye lain itna bhi mehnga nhi parhyga JAN HAI TO JAHAN HAI .
