If one loses a crown sometime in one's life, can one regain it by doing the same good work for the Lord? For example: many look forward to the rapture every year. Some are jaded and say they do not believe anymore to any pre trib rapture. Can the lost of the crown of righteousness be regain again when the Christian is fired up again and loves again the coming of the Lord Jesus?

If You Are Born Again And Loved His Appearing At One Point Then You Have Earned That Crown 👑(2 Timothy 4:8)
I can’t give a verse for it but I believe it can be regained in the manner you have mentioned.
