I'm currently wrapping up my undergrad degree (b.s. in biology) and decided to take an introduction to biotechnology course elective to freshen up on techniques. Watching these videos are both informative and an exciting surprise to find!

I've always used blue lab coats in Cat 3 labs: stops us accidentally wearing a contaminated coat in a main lab area: I suspect separation of main lab and tissue culture areas is the same sort of thing.

@@belvedereasmr I've pretty much retired: so it's nice seeing lab stuff (I'm a microbiologist)- in fact I suspect I've been one of the people peering down on you lot whilst you work: I was at the labs attached to UCH for a while.
