- Okay ,, this time we will make a RC Car Chassis from aluminum. The chassis of this car can be used for SVT and SUV cars. I use the lower window sliding door aluminum rail. The chassis of this car is nice and strong.This is a solution for those of you who want a cheap and quality RC Car Chassis.
Material :
1. Aluminum Rail
2. PVC
3. Aluminum rod
4. Metal glue
5. Couplers and bolts

Love the wooden drive shaft carrier👍 the gearing and power are perfect. How heavy is it? Could you use a strong mini servo hidden up front somewhere to clean up the steering? What truck did the rear axle come from?

Looks nice but I question its durability given the material and methods used. Would work well as a show piece or cruiser type of truck but any rough play, off roading or rock crawling would most likely lead it to a quick grave for repairs.

Very good job my friend. Bu if yoy like i can make an observation. You use a wire on righ side for the drive. Why no made in the center under the engine that your mount because is you try to pass some rock on something similar may be can be easily broken or also stoke on some area. For the rest is ok. I hope to find in my country this type of metal because its hard to find one.
