We're not trapped, we're certainly not confined to a precise schedule...and we certainly don't find a problem at 3pm avery day, solve it in ten seconds, and then move one. We're not robots, we program them!

it was back in 90s when programmers wrote assembly code. It was a repeated work and there was no way to copy and paste work so there is huge difference between now and then and they have shown the true reality of corporate companies. This culture is still followed in china, they give extra work when workers are free.
I love films where programmers don't press space while writing code.
