It's a Kiosk, kinda like those stands you see at retail stores or Nintendo World NYC. They don't officially sell them but if you can find someone with one they might offer one for a good price so that's up to you.

The Wii Wheel is an official product. The only setup is sliding the Wiimote into its slot and then the game takes care of the rest! Remember- the Wii is a family console, so if a kid can do it, so can you.

All you have to do is jailbreak your Switch and it runs Wii games. Bluetooth connects the Wiimote and it already has an IR light if you want a sensor bar. It's kinda the evolution, Nintendo just doesn't want it to be.
