Super-clever! Thanks for sharing this trick!
Thanks!
Ka-nok. In Gaelic it means hill.
Very cool!
I’ll definitely be using this trick next month on my AT section hike in southern VA
@@HikingWithCam look forward to seeing it
Brilliant!
Multi-use is the key to hiking with less weight. I’m going to get one of these for sure now!
The shower idea never occurred to me - thanks! I’ve heard the manufacturer call themselves “k-nok’ :)
Brilliant! Thank you for this. Nice job.
Thanks!
Cool shower idea!
It's not really something new and has been done in a multiples different ways. BUT..... but it's well presented and will certainly avoid some people to bring a "portable hot shower" with them. so all in all...well done! :D
I’m sure I wasn’t the first to do it!
@@HikingWithCam Certainly not. BUT... you're the first one I've seen demonstrating it on TH-cam, and your delivery/editing was *perfect*. This "forced" me to subscribe to your channel ;)
Good info thabks
You bet! It’s a simple hack but took me a while to figure it out! It’s very refreshing on the trail, especially now because it’s so hot.
The lamp is a pretty good idea!! Didn't think about that...
it’s funny how creative we all get out there. happy fourth.
That is a good hack!
Especially with all the crazy heat lately!
It’s “Cuz No One Cares”…about some brand name.
Good tips…thanks
Haha, very true.
I like the shower idea. NICE!
Thanks! I’m going backpacking in August and I’ll definitely be “showering” each night lol 😎
hey great idea! stay fresh out there.
It’s a huge luxury out in the backcountry!
Call the company and see how they answer the phone. Chimera lighting in Colorado pronounces it different from the standard pronunciation. Shimayra instead of Kymeera.
Good idea!
Rainman….
can't decide on the thicker X version what do you use
I got the webbing from a christmas tree farm. It was for tying the tree on top of the car. I’ve also seen it used to support trees and shrubs to the ground.
it's "ca-noc!"
