You're SURE? Bama can't even go to Nashville and beat an inferior team let alone happy valley 😂 You Casual football fans really show your low football IQ at time, Especially if you're from the south 🗑️
Yea that's cool but also can't have it both ways where you deserve a spot beating a sub par schedule and having a good loss with 0 impressive wins Idk it's just assumed that Penn State is in if they win out They should not get in over an impressive 2 loss sec team
@ I get your point, but what makes a 2 loss SEC team impressive? It certainly can’t be Missouri or Ole Miss? Or what about Bama who lost to Vanderbilt? Some of those teams have an even worse resume, Bama is the exception but they still have two losses. I would understand if it was to Georgia and Texas, or a second loss to the SEC championship game. Otherwise I don’t think it holds
Georgia fan here and I’m glad people are finally starting to see what we the fans have been seeing all season. Carson is simply not the guy. Last year he was carried by elite receivers and now it’s really affecting him mentally. He is scared to throw the ball to the new guys and proceeds to do stupid decisions, when throwing. If Georgia wants to compete for a national championship, He needs to be benched. He’s not getting any better.
@@HTHAMMACK1 like I said because he does not have the weapons. Which I don’t really find to be a great excuse honestly from him. A great quarterback pushes people around him to be better. Carson is being dragged to the finish line Thanks to GAs defense and run game.
He was plenty good enough last year. No Georgia fan thought he wasn’t good enough entering this season and I’m sure most of us thought he’d get it together by now.
And replace him with Gunner Stockton, who has appeared in 1 game all year. Not very smart. Best thing to do is treat him like Jake Fromm and limit his ability to throw the ball. Then again, down to 2 freshmen at RB, a walk-on and a hybrid WR in Dillion Bell. No easy answers but i'd humbly suggest locking down his Lambo and his girlfriend and refocus the kid
It’s a multifaceted issue for Carson. He isn’t confident. His mechanics are off. His WRs drop passes. He’s inaccurate. His WRs run the wrong routes. His OL routinely misses blocks. The RB room depth has been depleted with injuries. The players this team was going to lean on are either playing horribly, injured, or kicked off the team.
GA played with their 4th and 5th running backs. A true freshman and a walk on who didn't get a single carry. Etienne, Rod Robinson, and Branson Robinson were all out.
They're defending James Franklin when he's had the same issues and failures for a decade now, like how many decades will they make excuses for him not recruiting or developing these playmakers that they for SOME REASON never have at Penn State???? Smh lol what a mystery😂. Ultimately good is the enemy of great, and staying with Franklin at this point is abandoning the pursuit of being great. Not to mention his antics and loser mentality of making excuses instead of taking accountability. If i was a Penn State fan id be done with him. Sidenote, Indiana in year one with Coach Cig is virtually the same team as Penn State already. That's wild 😂 and if Indiana can BEAT ohio state then that means Cig in less than a full year surpassed Franklin, at Indiana of all places. So wild man 😁
Lovett, Bell, and Smith is a very good receiving corps. Is it as good as last year? No, but you can't say a receiving corps with those three guys and Lawson Luckie at TE is a decimated receiving corps. Nobody even mentions that Marcus Rosemy Jacksaint was a very good receiver who also left off last year's team. It's hard to figure out because Beck was very, very good last year. With the exception of the SEC championship game, he was great. Why it's different this year I don't know.
Each one of those guys has 2 drops a game Go back and watch the Texas game without the hype and live emotions the receivers are awful On the controversial PI call Arian Smith was more worried about tying up with the DB than actually finishing his route Corner back looked for the ball and intercepted it before Smith turned around
Penn State forever for me Joe coaching ...oh my. Since oh dam. I hoped I prayed because I knew we were most likely going to lose. After saying that , Indiana has shocked me on how they changed from last year. I've even recorder their games to watch. I'm 69 as of 2 days ago been a die hard college football watcher since 8. That said Indiana looks better then EVER IN MY MEMORY. OHIO STATE AT BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA HAS GREAT CHANCE TO SHOCK COLLEGE FOOTBALL MORE THEN OHIO STATE BEATING PENN STATE.
We don't consider it our birth right to beat Michigan. It's our duty. People on the outside misunderstand sometimes. Excellent point about the excitement of Saturday. It wasn't just beating Penn St. That's about as exciting as beating Michigan most of the last quarter century. Yawn. Days satisfaction was HOW we won. And the criticism of Day against Michigan the last 3 years is similar. It wasn't losing, it was the way we lost. The first time they beat us, it wasn't tough to take. They were the better team . That happens sometimes. But Day ABSOLUTELY blew the game in Columbus the next year. PERIOD!! Last year we played well in Ann Arbor. Actually the only team that out gained and out played Michigan last year. 2 mints was the difference. And both could have, and should have been avoided. All Marvin Harrison had to do was go after the ball. Or at least break it up. Not the coaches fault.
I'm sorry but as a OSU fan we expect to beat the teams we are better than, 3 out of the last 4 years OSU had a better team/roster than Ichigan the only time I believed that team was better than us was last year
Indiana (America's Team) should absolutely be the lead story on every college football podcast but they aren't even mentioned. Nobody has been more impressive thus far this season. GO HOOSIERS!!!
You completely forget about SMU, who enters a P4 and dominates in their first year. It’s the best first-year transition team in college football history. No team has ever gone from a G5 conference to a P4 and started better than 1-1 in their new conference. SMU is 5-0. THAT’S a lead story right there. No disrespect to Indiana, who’s had the best season so far in its entire history. But they’ve been in the Big Ten for decades and haven’t done much in that time. SMU is the true national story right now. It is the ultimate comeback story in college football.
19:30 time frame he is speaking about Penn State….i am not sure why he is pulling so hard for Penn State They have not done anything as a program in recent memory and consistently for a decade can’t beat the big dawgs in the conference. In the past 15 years Penn State hasn’t won the Big 10
...Yea cause the best head coaches and leaders of men always go and confront disgruntled fans after they lose big games... Smh. James Franklin in doing that was childish and petulant. How do you not criticize that behavior? THEN in the postgame he talks about oh well if we had more 50/50 calls we may win...that is a LOSER MENTALITY. He's immature. He makes excuses instead of taking full accountability. He displays antics not consistent with good leaders of men, and on top of that he's shown what his ceiling is. And take all of that away if you want, let's do football only... You scored 6 POINTS on offense!! 6. POINTS!!! Oregon TORCHED that same defense in the same situation, at home in basically a pick em game according to Vegas. Franklin can't beat anyone in the top tier of college football. FRANKLIN is responsible for not recruiting and/or developing the playmakers you've said Penn State needs for the last decade now. FRANKLIN is the one acting childish year in and year out, and if he's doing that how are his players going to perceive that and respond to that? If i was a Penn State fan Im done with him. Yeah, Penn state has been good, but good is the enemy of great, and settling with James Franklin at this point is settling for good and accepting you'll never be great. But hey y'all keep defending him when he's had the same issues year in and year out for a decade now. To each his own
I've thought that for awhile, but I thought give him a chance. The last possession I was yelling why didn't the QB try a run ?! Something other then UP THE MIDDLE!!!

Henderson’s block was a thing of football beauty! OSU’s defense holding Penn State to 6 pts can not be overstated!!
Penn States offense sucks lmao
Let's not over rate this win I'm sure Georgia bama or Texas could go to PA and blow Penn State out
You're SURE? Bama can't even go to Nashville and beat an inferior team let alone happy valley 😂 You Casual football fans really show your low football IQ at time, Especially if you're from the south 🗑️
Reese is spot on about how everything is forgetting beating the top teams are hard.
Yea that's cool but also can't have it both ways where you deserve a spot beating a sub par schedule and having a good loss with 0 impressive wins
Idk it's just assumed that Penn State is in if they win out
They should not get in over an impressive 2 loss sec team
Also all of those 2 loss teams would lose to OSU as well.

The Biscuit’s hat!
From a life long Buckeye fan , you said it absolutely right . Appreciate the honesty .
I'm old enough to have watched Woody and Bo do BATTLE. AS A PENN STATE FAN I JUST KNEW BEFORE THE GAME IT WAS NOT GOING TO BE GOOD FOR MY TEAM.
Georgia fan here and I’m glad people are finally starting to see what we the fans have been seeing all season. Carson is simply not the guy. Yes, but Beck this year is not even close to what he was last year.

Bowers made Beck. It was like Marv Harrison Jr. made McCord.
It’s a multifaceted issue for Carson.
He isn’t confident. His mechanics are off. His WRs drop passes. He’s inaccurate. His WRs run the wrong routes. His OL routinely misses blocks.

Miami V. Oregon Natty ‘25 🏆
How about them Gamecocks!!!
Your guys looked so fired up, they played awesome!
Penn State is exactly who we thought they were...
They're defending James Franklin when he's had the same issues and failures for a decade now, like how many decades will they make excuses for him not recruiting or developing these playmakers that they for SOME REASON never have at Penn State???? Excellent point Reece!! That birthright notion is wack
Jennings played 3 Quarters against BYU. The BYU Defense just dominated SMU up front.
Why would Penn ST. Run 3 times up the middle? They lost the game with stupid play calls! In my humble opinion!😂
all pete thamel talks about is "nfl prospect". Why is he covering CFB if that is all he cares about? Just so strange
Rece in a HOODIE?!!? Never thought I’d see this
45 minutes of Football Talk SUMMARY…
Ohio State - Penn State first 20 minutes
UGA QB next next
Last 10 minutes… ACC Title (Miami & SMU)

Buckeye fan to Buckeye fan , the point was much bigger than the specific games/teams he used to make it .
I'm sorry but as a OSU fan we expect to beat the teams we are better than, 3 out of the last 4 years OSU had a better team/roster than Ichigan the only time I believed that team was better than us was last year
Didn't PSU get one of Ohio States WR's in the portal?
Yeah, Flemming has been good but not a top dog. He would have been 4/5 on OSUs wr rotation this year I'd guess
And they won't add the fact that Xichigan cheated over 30 times for 3 seasons....
Indiana (America's Team) should absolutely be the lead story on every college football podcast but they aren't even mentioned. Nobody has been more impressive thus far this season. GO HOOSIERS!!!
Yeah, they love talking about OSU, Georgia and CU everyother team but the unbeaten teams.
You completely forget about SMU, who enters a P4 and dominates in their first year. It’s the best first-year transition team in college football history.

Not my team. Arrogant people call their team America's team. Why would I care about a team beating up bad teams?
Ur little rant about Michigan and Georgia was 1. Incorrect 2. Homer vibes 3. If u gonna bring up the past why start in 2021 😂
You missed the point .
19:30 time frame he is speaking about Penn State….i am not sure why he is pulling so hard for Penn State

I love the homers that insinuate that JoePa never lost a game either lol.
So when osu plays a close 🤔 game it's helpful but when it's miami they need do better 😆 🤣 the media is something else ha
fire franklin
I've thought that for awhile, but I thought give him a chance. The last possession I was yelling why didn't the QB try a run ?! Something other then UP THE MIDDLE!!!
Let's not forget that ❌️ichigan ducked us in 20'. Then started cheating. IJS.
Carson Beck is not really really good; he's average at best.
They only beat Texas because Quinn Ewers is mid as well.
19:30 time frame he is speaking about Penn State….i am not sure why he is pulling so hard for Penn State
