I know you have said quite a few times in the last few vlogs that you have been feeling tired lately. I also know you are stressed and super busy with it being the end of your Senior year too. As a precaution, please go and get your blood drawn to check it to make sure nothing is off. I had hypothyroidism at an early age and I was exhausted often, more than normal even during stressful and busy times. Once they found that, and got me on meds to help my thyroid level out, I felt so much better. I’m definitely NOT saying that’s what it is for you, because it can just be stress and being super busy! It was just a thought from my experience. Hugs to you Amelie! ❤❤

Makeup remover wipes are so bad for your skin, I would recommend not using them. You can make your own research about it, but check double cleansing for removing your makeup and sunscreen

Yep lower intensity cardio burns primarily fat, and higher intensity cardio burns primarily carbs.
fat as a fuel source not fat tissue
Cutting out cardio completely was the best decision I ever made ❤ lifting and walking >> 🙌😁
