Thanks Sarah. The Yell is so beautiful. I love your book reviews. This one is very inspiring.
Your Yell is beautiful! So glad you have this time to explore and experiment 😁
Thank you Wendy. It's a treasure and it's not even done yet!
Hi Sarah! I just wanted to say that I love how you have used every bit of that fabric for Cameron's quilt and you are sticking to your values and not buying more! Isn't that how quilting started in the first place? Using up what was available and turning it into something useful and beautiful. Besides, the unique not perfectly matched bits will add to the "made by my auntie" quality and the overall wabi sabi. Thanks for another inspiring episode. Bravo!
"made by my Auntie" ;) The wonderful thing as you say is sticking to that spirit of quilting and knowing Cam will cherish this piece regardless of it's quirkiness!
Your naming “…more of a skills journey…” struck a chord with me. Those times when I have completed the “interesting part” of a project and then noticed my engagement diminish with a project may indeed be related to my focus on building skill-set rather than having “the thing itself”. Curious about others’ experiences along those paths.
Thank you for sharing your creative insights and explorations, and resultingly beautiful work.
I can relate to that sentiment for sure. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and I'm so glad you're enjoying the vlog!
Everything you showed today, Sarah was so inspiring but seeing how beautifully your Yell is turning out was the topping on the cake! Gorgeous! 🌸🌼🌻🌿🍃
Inspiring as always. 😊
Thank you! 😊
You could add leather ends to your belt to make it useable for you if you think it is too small and you don’t want it laced up
Wheels are turning...thank you for this suggestion!
Your excitement inspires me! I can’t until you retire and have all the time to explore everything you desire. Hopefully SOON! 😂
What a thoughtful wish! I can't wait either! I often think about book...but I'm going to let that marinate for a while ;)
I have two skeins of that old Peace Fleece….with the same “vintage” label & same color! Looking forward to seeing what you decide to make with it 💛
Heehee...It is fulfilling every dream I had of it in this new sweater knit. I can't stop knitting with it. Absolute delight!
Thankyou for the inspirational videos you do. You do lovely work.
Thank you!
Thanks Sarah
Wonderful video! It would be wonderful if you listed the books mentioned in each video. I just subscribed.
