I was thinking heck ya that’s gona work mint but ow well never know till ya try . Talking back and forth on here and meeting every one at the shows is the only reason we still do TH-cam , definitely a lot of extra work but it’s worth it with all the friends in this community we have made .
It was worth a shot and I’ve got a couple modifications I might try in the future to see if I can make it work better. I agree, it’s all about the people I’ve been able to meet and the friends I’ve gained that make the TH-cam thing worth doing. I kinda lost track of that for a bit but I think I’m back on track now. Take care and I’ll talk to you later
This is exactly how I split with my wolferidge. I load smaller 4x8 trailers but straight off the table! I do back the trailer all the way under the table. Glad I found you, keep splittin!
Good to see ya Tony. I understand what you are saying. But I'm here for you, and my notification is set, so when you post, I'm here regardless of the timeline. Family and chores are important. A conveyer would be great.
Thanks brother I really appreciate that! A conveyor will be great eventually, it gives something to set my sights on as well. Thanks for the support I appreciate, talk to you later-Tony
I hear ya brother! I enjoy making the videos but sometimes it's nice to not worry about the camera. I was wondering where you had been. Glad you've been doing well. Pushing into the wood wagon seems to work pretty well!
Hey Tony, good to see ya in the woodyard. It's good to hear you talk a bit about burnout with the videos, I think about that myself as I seem to do the same things over and over. Since I stack the same as you, I don't mind the slash going into the wood wagon, I can sort any good kindling out, then haul the slash to the woods and rake it out. After splitting with the 12-22, I have to agree with you on the conveyor or get 2 or 3 folks to help ya split😁. That thing makes a lot of firewood fast, hard to keep up with by yourself. Take care my friend.
Hey Bobby, I hope all’s well with you and the family! I lost sight of the friends I’ve made and got focused on trying to be something I’m not. I’m happy to back out making firewood and talking with everyone for sure. I’ll talk to you later brother have a great weekend!
Hey Tony , good to see you back . I have been told that I don’t take my TH-cam channel seriously enough . It’s for FUN . I totally get you . I enjoy everyone’s channel and I think it more fun to post sporadic . Have a good one my friend .👍🏻🇺🇸👊🏻
Hello Mr. TC, You have been gone a while, but I can easy see you have been working hard, That is a formattable size rick or rounds you have there, the trailer is good to split into, save the throwing arm to toss empties in the trash, conveyors are good but they need moved often to max out the trailer or truck, I'll be here with you no matter what you are doing,
Hey Ben! Yes I’ve been busy around the house and wood yard and I’m looking forward to making videos again! Thanks for watching I appreciate, take care-Tony
A conveyor will drastic improve your process, however you can also get a longer sorting table from Eastonmade too. They had a bunch of them up there ready to ship and I don't think they are unreasonably priced. Be a cheaper option for now. Glad to see ya back man, I missed seeing your stuff. You always have cool stuff going on up there. Stay safe, and cheers
Keep at it if you enjoy it. Do not let the channel become a job, easier said than done I am sure. Don't stress yourself out, just make a video when you want to. I follow your channel because I too have a 12-22 & do not have a conveyor either. Don't let making videos spoil your joy of splitting.
I only have the standard 60” bucket that came with my tractor. I think It would fill up to fast and I have to keep running back and forth between the stack and the splitter
There a multiple models and wedge options to choose from. The Eastonmade website has all of the current prices listed. Thanks for watching I appreciate it.
100% on the conveyor. Have had my 22-28 for two weeks now and don't think I would like being without the conveyor. Just make the videos when you feel like it, you do a good job. I've made two videos now with my Eastonmade, check them out if you get a chance and tell me how to improve!
Interesting video, I'd take a steel drum and quarter to stop the wood from falling to the ground, and roll the edges not to cut your clothes or yourself. I watched your video really close, I'm not impressed with your log lift having to reach across your splitter. I have a home made splitter self propelled and a swing boom like a mini log loader and having 1 block( round) to deal with, I took out the dead akle and placed car rear end driven hydraulicly, this last fall I bought a grain elevator and increased my output by 50 percent I'm not lifting or throwing splits in my dump cart the elevator takes care of it. You have a great machine but keep in mind that was manufactured to be sold, I built mine to process my firewood.
The log lift is a stretch for me but mostly because I’m only 5’-6”. It also made it a bit taller putting the blocks under the tires and stabilizer leg and that made it a little tougher for me to reach also. Thanks for watching and commenting I really appreciate it, take care-Tony
Kind of wondered where you were…. Half the fun of working with wood is experimenting with different ways to be more efficient and still enjoy the work. Also, your family and your home are your first priorities, videos place second.
What's uuuuuup? Neat little back up cheater. That's a cool stabilizing stand on the jack, option or standard? Don't think I've seen one yet. 2/10 in the rain gauge. With how hard it was coming down when I left the barn I'd have guessed more. Hope you're not working too hard in the heat. Doing everything hay related here except mowing it away. Idk where to look put poly sheets in the trailer would help a bunch, old boards not very slickery.
What’s up Brandon! Yeah that little magnet stick saves me a ton of messing around trying to line things up. The front stabilizer is standard, it makes the machine nice and solid while you’re working. Try to stay cool in this heat
Thanks Glen! I have a couple sheet of aluminum to add for sides I’m still trying to figure out the best way to mount them. Thanks for watching appreciate it!

Splitting into the trailer is great, definitely better than picking it all up off of the ground for sure.
Glad to see you back, thanks for the video. I love seeing the Eastonmade 12-22 at work! Makes it look easy! lol!
Thanks Dave! The 12-22 makes making firewood a ton easier for sure. Have a good weekend!
Good to see you back! Enjoy your videos, glad you are doing what you need to do!
Thanks Todd I appreciate that!
Glad to see you back Tony. I agree with you. Don't turn fun into work! Always look forward to your videos. Thanks!👍
PS nothing like a nicely stacked pike of wood! Missing accomplished!
Thanks Ryan I appreciate your support!

Thanks Mike! It worked pretty good but I’m thinking a conveyor is needed sooner than later.

Hey TC, loved your intro with all the different angles, good stuff. I'm going to use your idea with the boards on mine. Keep it fun brother. Mike 🔥🪵🇺🇸
Thanks Mike!

Thanks Jack! It was good to take a little break to kinda reset if you know what I’m saying. Thanks for the support brother I’ll talk to you later!
A conveyor is definitely ideal!👍👍
Yeah definitely! Thanks for watching Jeremiah!
Glad to see ya back and yea making it a job sucks theres enough work in firewood alone!
Thanks Travis! I think the little break was just what I needed, take care bud.
You too my friend if you keep up with Chris in the woodyard you seen me recently!
Great idea!!! I'm going to do the same with my bells 4000.. except doing it so I can fit my fork extension scrapper under to make cleanup easier..
Keep at it if you enjoy it. Do not let the channel become a job, easier said than done I am sure. Don't stress yourself out, just make a video when you want to. I follow your channel because I too have a 12-22 & do not have a conveyor either. Don't let making videos spoil your joy of splitting.
Thanks for the advice and support Brian I really appreciate it!
Make sure to keep it fun! You don’t need another job!
Hey Jeff, you are 💯 correct!
Split into front LOADER bucket
I only have the standard 60” bucket that came with my tractor. I think It would fill up to fast and I have to keep running back and forth between the stack and the splitter
Im interested on buying one ,how much would it cost
There a multiple models and wedge options to choose from. The Eastonmade website has all of the current prices listed. Thanks for watching I appreciate it.
Yep, don`t let the wood hit the ground..
Exactly, no sense in picking it up off the ground if I can prevent it. Thanks for watching, take care-Tony
Yup. Sounded better in theory.
It was worth a shot for sure and I think I have a couple ideas that might make it work out a bit better next time.

You are right about both things! Thanks for the support Matt I appreciate it!
You simply need a conveyor to get that much wood away from you .. that machine produces too much in a short time
I agree completely!
What's uuuuuup?

Nice video TC I made a extension for my 12-22 I also welded wings to it works great keep up with the good work 👍🪵🪵🇺🇸

Hello Tony, Absolutely keep it fun, TH-cam is a joke for sure, chase your tail, while they make money on your content, take care my friend 🪵👍🏼🇺🇸
Thanks Larry! I hope all is well with you and Robin!
