Nice visual! This route and its brother 171 were better before the cuts. 172 was ruined being cut to Aldwych and 171 was ruined being cut back to E&C. 171 should go back to Holborn and 172 should go back to St Pauls or Clerkenwell Green so the routes can be good again

Fairs, but the 171 doesn't serve places like Aldwych & Waterloo, I'm surprised it got cut to E&C and 172 got cut to Aldwych
