- VALORANT are releasing the new Neo Frontier Sheriff, and in this video I'm comparing it to the Arcane Sheriff, to see which is better. These two skins have very similar animations, but there are definitely a lot of differences in their gameplay that set them apart.

Neo has almost five variations, because unupgraded skin looks so different.
The unupgraded gun honestly looks so damn clean
Isn't the point of the skin bundle that it's like cowboy -> future, so yeah 5 skin styles.

In my opinion, the neo frontier is much better, it has colorways, the inspect has a better animation than the arcane sheriff, but the arcane sheriff is also a good item as a collection(too bad its a limited item)

Neo frontier > Arcane Sheriff
its not exclusive at all rito can put it in your account if you ar elike a content creator or whatever is not that "exclusivity".
the reload hurts a bit on the neo frontier but otherwise i have no complaints

Neo Frontier all the way...Arcane can now only be considered for its rarity since you cannot buy it anymore. but looks, sound, design and inspect animation wise the Frontier is way better
nah bro i own arcane and i will buy neo frontier, i like the design from arcane a little more and i really like the Sound of both sadly arcane dont have the nice inspect and finisher but arcane for sure isnt just a rare sheriff skin now.
Overall from what you get neo frontier is better but at the end its personal preference.

@@yuzuru5872 imo vct is miles better, I own both too and the little details really count for me, like the glow on the vct symbol when you inspect the knife to the outline when you are topfraging to the variety in colors in the skin, especially green and purple. At the end of the day it is personal preference but I feel like skins like the vct knife and the neo frontier sheriff just had more to offer as a skin then their counterparts for (very loosely) around the same pricepoint.
@@loatheran i know where you are coming from, i waited for xenohunter so long. i got it, 3days later vct knife got leaked i was little sad because i thought i wasted my money with the xenohunter but its actually the way around.
its mainly because of the model, the vct feels like a Magic wand(the tip is small with much trail)
one last question how is the purple one of the best? the green on it makes it for me so bad, i really dont know why so many play that Variant

The first upgrade has its own unique shooting sounds however which is unique. It has that Wild West ricochet sounds
Yeah but even the level 1 upgrade has a custom sound and it still looks sick and u can buy the variants with finisher too and just switch between them

Agreed. It should either be that 'Transformation' is level 4 or the base skin is just the revolver IMO.

I know this sounds too much to ask for, but I hope the Arcane Sheriff gets a QoL update with added SFX, kill banner and finisher, once the Arcane Season 2 releases alongside a new Arcane Collection. Quite unlikely, but very possible thing to do.
Having only one upgrade to it feels really underwhelming, and it's a shame.
The inspect is just beautiful.
You also need to keep in mind that Arcane was made because of the show, thats why it didnt have other skins in the Bundle and wasnt made for variation, its an unique item in game made to resemble Jinx's weapon ingame. Neo Frontier is in a bundle and customizable, which makes both unique in its own way. Therefore i think that the same price is reasonable and fair. I still would never trade my Arcane Sheriff for anything, i love it too much since i am also a Jinx Main in League :)

The thing with the neo frontier is that when you reload, you can see that the bullet coming out still have the tip attached to the casing.
honestly, I like the arcane sherrif more because I'm a huge fan of arcane. It's one of the best animated series I've seen in my life and I'm deeply disappointed I missed out on the skin because I started playing 5 days after it went out of rotation. :(
Is it better than hunter x hunter? I just finished it and I can't get it out of my mind. It's truly a emulate show. Is arcane my next show?

Also if you inspect the neo sheriff without the futuristic look, it plays a more old cowboy theme music when you inspect it
I think arcane has a separate fanbase as there is no way to get it, and it connects to the series arcane which is based on league of legends which makes it way more exclusive and special definitely Neo sound better feels better but it can never be the arcane Sherif
Yeah that's one thing I forgot to mention is the connection to the series which adds a lot of meaning / value to some people

With this bundle out, my arcane sheriff will have infinitely lower value than it had before.
I just hope when the second season of Arcane comes out, they will make a better skin for the odin based on Jinx's minigun

I like the arcane more just because I am a sucker for exclusive items. You get way more value out of the frontier but I also dont like the sound as much. The animation clearly wins tho!
But for me I am going to stick with arcane for now
My favorite skin is the black one which looks like a regular Gun, and only burns holes in my enemies, not my pocket.🙂

See I missed the Arcane Sheriff and I've been bummed out ever since. I love the Deagle animation in CSGO so when I saw this I knew it was an instant buy for me

The Neo is amazing and in my opinion better then arcade! as a star wars fan, The white variation looks like a gun that came out of star wars xD. Love the content. Keep up the amazing work!❤
Very nice video mate, I dont think we have to decide which one is better here, Neo Frontier is a new absolut banger skin with lovely animations and sound effects. The Arcane Sheriff is just a legendary skin everyone loves
I kinda like the Arcane's shooting sound as well as design, but tbh i cant choose which is my favorite, the design is also good on this new one. But either way am gonna buy this one cuz i regret not buying the arcane sheriff earlier

@@juremeljo2686its the same price as SOL sheriff or singularity sheriff and those werent limited edition. I think the 2175 price is more than worth it for its inspect animation, sound, variants and finisher. Neo sheriff is easily the best in the game

FYI, the NEO frontier sheriff inspect is taken from the deagle inspect in CSGO

I think its awful sad that no matter what you buy there is always going to be a new better one no matter how rare or exclusive a skin is personally I thought the arcane was going to be the only 1 with that pull out animation and now its basically worthless, whenever anyone will see arcane sheriff in game they will instantly think of the neo sheriff and more then likely comment on it to the player
Riot generally keep Animations only Time Exclusive but some Gimmicky things are Exclusive Example Champion Karambit has infinite Inspect Animation
still arcane is an exclusive one can never buy and also its good for LOL fans and the anime fans , although i agree that neo frontier is better

I think ricochet sound is only on base skins, at least phantom sounds different to me.

I like an old west feel but I don't think this skin is better than Sheriff Jinx, obviously in terms of animation, finishing and variation Neofrontier is superior but I prefer Jinx, oh and an additional one, hello from Brazil, your content is very good, or as some Brazilians would say "Seu conteúdo é foda"
I love the shooting and reloading sound of arcane na sherif with that jinx W sound effects while reloading...its just cool and smooth but tbf the neo frontier is epic as well...but still i would rather have arcane not only coz of the rerity since you cant get it anymore...but coz of the smoothness...i dont need every skin making so much noise and having so many animations...its still FPS game and most of the time you are not even focused on that skin 🤔😁

Arcane maybe the first cool animated sheriff but neofrontier comes with more guns and a knife plus variants
arcane wins in terms of rarity (and league/arcane reference) but other than that neo frontier is better

Ok so normally the hype kind of overinflates how good a skin is on release/reveal. But good lord neo frontier killed it with this one. I do love the design more than neo frontier but it does feel kind of... lacking? Idk good sheriff overall, defo will be finding my wallet who has decided to play hide and seek with me since RES.

I don’t think for a skin to be good it need things like custom animations or different variants there’s examples of skins like the Sakarya vandal that doesn’t have animations or different variants and it’s still one of the best skins and I think that goes for the arcane sharif to just because it doesn’t have a custom inspect or variants doesn’t mean it’s worse just seems like it’s getting over looked
I prefer the gunshots of Arcane but other than that Neo Frontier is way crisper with all that music and vfx.
If i was playing Valorant these days i would've definitely copped this bundle :)

Neo sheriff is objectively better, but unique items are still unique. The thing about cosmetics is that the more exclusive something is the more valuable and desired is.
Neo takes everything but sound imo, and it has 4 colors variants, i like 3 of them and the level 1-2 looks cool too. i like neo much more

In my opinion the Arcane Sheriff looks and sounds better than the Neo Frontier Sheriff, but it’s held back so much because it doesn’t have a custom kill banner, so I think the Neo Frontier is a better skin overall
I’m glad they made the neo frontier sheriff. I personally think it’s stupid to release limited exclusive skins. I always wanted the arcane and now that I have the neo, I can care less.
The only issue I have with Neo Frontier is that the hammer is cocked when firing which is the whole point of the left hand - pulling the hammer back quickly.
Riot did the arcane sheriff havers dirty by using its reload and equip animation with the new bundle. it should be "exclusive" atleast keep those since it doesnt even have kill animation.
I bought Arcane Sheriff as a reminder on Arcane and its sick SFX.
Animations were decent but i prefer the Level 2 Version Arcane without the Fancy part
