To this Canadian outsider, these slates of fake electors had no possible other purpose than an attempt to change voter choice by fraud. It's a literal coup attempt. 1. A designated Attorney General oversee the Court.
2. You can have an ETHICS COMMITTEE oversee the Court made up of multi-disciplined professionals who are accountable to their respective College of Professionals (like accountants, tax specialists, ethics professors, law professors, retired criminal justice investigators, a rotation of judges from one of the underling appelent courts, etc)
The end of this court will be decided by what they overturn. They've gone this far and so they figure that they might as well as just destroy the whole country and hope some of it stands once they are taken out.

John Eastman and Peter Navarro must be prosecuted as well. Both of those clowns were front and center in the actual coup attempt, and I remember Navarro being interviewed by Ari Melber. In the interview, Navarro explained that they had given their crime the adorable name of "The Green Bay Sweep". They had a slate of "Alternate Electors" to go along with their alternative facts to make it seem legit. Navarro was so convinced it was legit that he went on Ari's show and explained the crime in detail. Both he and Eastman need to pay for their crimes against the country.
It is said that once tRump is taken into custody, then about 30-40 of his circle will be rounded up and taken in also.

Ideologies trump personal values. Hold on, what are you telling me. Are you saying that my personal values are trumped (no pun intended) by my ideology? Well yes, sometimes it does, it all depends on the situation and who is in office at the time. If you like the person in office and their policies, then you allow your ideology to trump your personal values. If you do not like the person in office, then your personal values are held high in sanctimonious disdain. I will use myself as an example. When Bill Clinton was taking advantage of interns in the Oval Office, my sanctimonious disdain ran high. I don’t think I was for impeachment, but I did not like what he had done to the office of the presidency. People that supported Clinton and what he stood for, looked away. Even after Clinton left office, he was held in high regard by leftists, liberals and Democrats. Since the Democrats are the party where most feminists reside, I found this interesting. Somehow, they accommodated Clinton's serial violation of women because he was on their side of the issues important to them. Ideology trumped their own personal values. Fast-forward to President Trump. The tables were turned, and I was supporting a president who had been impeached by the House. I stood with him on so many issues that I looked away at his sociopathic behavior. Would I personally conduct myself like him? No, I would not. In my case, there is no alternative. As it stands today, I could never support anyone who supports the Democratic platform, no matter how virtuous they were. For those filled with righteous indignation at the actions of our former president, just wait. Be patient. Soon you will have your chance to have your ideologies trump your personal values.
It is as simple as this…. I am not a socialist, I am not a globalist. Since the election of Donald Trump, many have asked people of faith, like me, why and how they could have voted for such a man. I simply state “I am not a socialist and I am not a globalist”. This simple statement transcends all issues and clearly defines all the candidates I vote for in elections. The current slate of Democratic candidates all espouse either outright socialism or variants. In all cases, I see my liberties either infringed upon or eliminated. In elections simply ask yourself, “Am I a socialist, am I a globalist?” If the answer is no, then the candidate you support is clear.

The issue is that todays Republicans are under the sway (the Democrats left leaning extremists don’t have the same sway and don’t use their power the same destabilising way) of a group that wants to overturn the very binding compact that America was founded upon.
