Thank you for the heads up. I am a two year old RV owner and still learning the ropes.

Great video, never even knew they had something like an accumulator tank, what a good idea.

The 4008 is a great pump. The cut in pressure on the pump is 40 psi. To get max benefit from the accumulator tank, set the tank pressure to 35 psi.

Thank you! I have looked everywhere for my water pump and now I’m looking under the sink. I’m pretty sure that’s where it’s at. I’m going to get a new pump after listening to how quiet yours is. Thanks again!

Haha I love your intro. I finally gave up. I took stuff apart to find it and all I found water the hot water tank. OMG I might just go mental on this! Tomorrow I’ll work my way back under the bathroom sink. I hear it but the walls are there. I looked under the coach and it’s not there. But I will NOT give up!

We're sitting out here first camp of the season and my SUREflo isn't working. I don't know why but the 4008 upgrade and the accumulator have caught my eye. The sure flow that I currently have is about 21 years old so guess what? Thanks for your review!

You couldn't stand that accumulator up instead of laying it flat?

FYI, the literature on the 4008 specifically advertises that no accumulator tank is necessary on this newer, bypass type pump.

Wonder if you use a flexible line to keep it out of the way of the drawer?

I got rid of the bottom drawer.

You don't need a accumulator tank with the 4008 serious

I don't know if I would do this. I don't want to hear such loud birds every time I turn on the faucet..

How often do you have to pressurize that tank . Or is it pressurized from water pressure after initial pressure rising buy compressed air?

Heber Clement III you have to check it periodically. 30 psi I think. It’s been 6 months since I last checked. Thanks for reminding me.
