Doosan DX 140 cylinder bucket road repaired due to broken front head. It was not repairable but it was forced to be repaired because the cost to repair it was 75 USD and it is not available in Pakistan if bought new and if imported from foreign countries it would cost 1280 dollars. Pakistani rods were used for its welding which are J421 models under the name of Pak Bridge Its refurbishing also affected the light chrome which was renewed by polishing and the refurbishing took two to two and a half hours. A piece of an old cylinder shaft was cut and welded to it to complete its head length. Pakistani trucks like cutting edge Australia like work, but due to lack of such professional machines, they are forced to work on small lathe machines. A bodge right from the start. Slag inclusion in the weld. Overheating the metal with too deep a cut. So much that the tool needed re facing. Swarfe buildup could of grabbed and pulled the operator in. It would be better. Used as a lathe safety video of how not to use a lathe.

Что матёрого? В мое время нас в школе (не ПТУ, а школа, при чем с углубленным изучением английского со второго класса) учили и слесарке и столярке и токарке, я на таком станке ещё в школе точил детали. Я за всю жизнь ни разу мастерами не пользовался. Что капремонт в доме сделать, что тачку себе починить, что все электронику в доме, да что угодно все сам. А сейчас вырощены поколения, что можно за 5 мин самостоятельно сделать идут новое покупать или за мастерами, мозгов развиваться 0.
