1. Director’s are illogically overspending producers money …If we need 10 dancers they will bring 100 in…Only few directors are spending properly …
2. Producers are fighting with each other for call-sheets and thereby increasing actors salary …It’s being like auction for actors …Therefore salary is increased…
3.Theatre people are also fighting to buy big films and are spending much on it …They don’t buy small budget good movies …Rather they invest full amount in big films ….Then they complain about losss…

producers have no sense. why do you yourself pay that much salary for acting. even there are so many serial actors who are willing to take much less pay and act. why you want to pay so much for hero's. nowadays all have lost interest in watching movies. there are so many other things we can watch like Netflix, amazon prime. now is best time you can reduce the pay for hero's or don't choose those people for the film. we dont want to see those old faces of ajith and rajni and all. better choose younger people to act. instead showing the same old faces we are bored of. also salary should be something the producer decides , actors should not demand. if so then reject them. choose another person for your film.
