Guns are not a thing in korea, its very hard to have one and close to no civilians own one. Safety over there is diff (especially with cameras all over the public areas). thats why they dont flinch when they hear popping. I remember my first week in korea as a teacher I heard a trash can lid close and I ducked, then I realized this aint the hood and there aint no guns lol tho keep in mind most adult men know how to opearte one, they serve the mandatory 2 year military service
