Well one thing is also often true. We only have so much time. If a guy clearly spends lots of time at the gym, he may skimp in other areas, like intellectual pursuits. If you do get to speaking with him, and he is not balanced, sure on the surface he looks good, but he may likely be a few beats behind upstairs. If a woman is going to university, and / or graduate school, her lifestyle shapes her to be a thinking person. Listening to how many reps he does at the gym, or what type of protein he consumes, only goes so far. If he's a good guy, that's another draw, but it won't make up for it if he just doesn't truly have tons to say. And then there is the spiritual aspect. Is he practicing Zen, or is he just empty / sweet, but dull. Intellect, and spiritual development, get better as we age, muscles eventually age and droop, same as a pretty face. And if he is trying to get you to come along to participate at the gym, and it's not her thing, what else does he offer to do? A physical sport with more strategy, that she is good at, might surprise him! Tennis, golf etc. Are all those muscles useful, rather than simply for show?
Not even close to true, majority of the people with the best physiques are also intelligent and successful because it takes discipline and work ethic to achieve a good physique. Strengthening the body, also strengthens the mind.
That first two minutes where they talk about attractive people and options... That exact same concept applies to friendships and social skills. People will tell you they don't believe they need friends or support or companionship to do simple tasks in life, but they say that not realizing how much support they have in their lives. That support, that reassurance of having something to fall back on, that belief, whether conscious or subconscious is necessary to make any progress in life. Most importantly is the ability to make friends. Without that ability, life is a losing battle. Like I said, the support doesn't actually even have to be there, but the belief must be. Having options allows people to take more chances, it makes them feel like they can. This is important knowledge people just overlook, but it applies to and determines the relationship qualities in your life
this is not true, you do not need friends to accomplish anything nor a safety net or options, you dont even need support. friends are side grades or distractions at the end of the day with or without them you are still in the situation, friends are a useless concept just like god.

The problem is when you are rejected by a woman you are in love with. Being rejected by a random pretty girl can be trained. Between 15 and 30, my problem was that i fell in love before i made the move. My recommandation is indeed to make the move with girls you're not in love with. Well one thing is also often true. We only have so much time. If a guy clearly spends lots of time at the gym, he may skimp in other areas, like intellectual pursuits. If you do get to speaking with him, and he is not balanced, sure on the surface he looks good, but he may likely be a few beats behind upstairs. If a woman is going to university, and / or graduate school, her lifestyle shapes her to be a thinking person. Listening to how many reps he does at the gym, or what type of protein he consumes, only goes so far. If he's a good guy, that's another draw, but it won't make up for it if he just doesn't truly have tons to say. And then there is the spiritual aspect. Is he practicing Zen, or is he just empty / sweet, but dull. Intellect, and spiritual development, get better as we age, muscles eventually age and droop, same as a pretty face.
And if he is trying to get you to come along to participate at the gym, and it's not her thing, what else does he offer to do? A physical sport with more strategy, that she is good at, might surprise him! Tennis, golf etc. Are all those muscles useful, rather than simply for show?

That exact same concept applies to friendships and social skills.
People will tell you they don't believe they need friends or support or companionship to do simple tasks in life, but they say that not realizing how much support they have in their lives. That support, that reassurance of having something to fall back on, that belief, whether conscious or subconscious is necessary to make any progress in life. Most importantly is the ability to make friends. Without that ability, life is a losing battle. Like I said, the support doesn't actually even have to be there, but the belief must be.
Having options allows people to take more chances, it makes them feel like they can.
This is important knowledge people just overlook, but it applies to and determines the relationship qualities in your life

this is not true, you do not need friends to accomplish anything nor a safety net or options, you dont even need support. friends are side grades or distractions at the end of the day with or without them you are still in the situation, friends are a useless concept just like god.

Fear of rejection ,all men have it ,but if we change our thinking about it ....(i.e.)...go out and get as many rejections as possible because the truth is it all come down to the law of averages.
I believe that getting rejected a lot is of no value. WhT you must do is find out why you're being rejected. A lot of times is because you're unattractive. So work on being more attractive and you can have better chances with women
@@ThePassengerPreacher You started well, then drew wrong conclusions. Frequent rejections will negatively affect people, so they are pointless. Learn from it, but not by attacking yourself, but seeing the whole situation, and where she matches, you matches or not etc. You shouldn't think about if you are attractive or not, that will lead you down a path of self-hate, and one that advertizers exploit. Improve yourself for your own good, where it matters, not where other people tell you to change. Be rational about it and listen to people who aren't shallow, status obsessed or otherwise ideological. Improvement should be rational, such as health (not fitness crazy for example, which people confuse with health).
@@aronhighgrove4100 I agree with what you’re saying. It’s better to improve yourself for your own gain than just to impress others. But in terms of attractiveness, you do have to realize that reality. What I would say is just improve your health and physique and then go meet with a stylist to improve your look and then those things should solve your issue of attractiveness

The problem is when you are rejected by a woman you are in love with. Being rejected by a random pretty girl can be trained. Between 15 and 30, my problem was that i fell in love before i made the move. My recommandation is indeed to make the move with girls you're not in love with. Risk being that you'll have to stop the relationship once you realise you're not falling in love after.
