You are also saying that you can only make something passable with music theory in a hiphop beat. When put next to what the original commenter said, It is clear that he wasn't even hinting that theory had to be major part of making a beat (however, without perfect pitch or music theory it would be literally impossible to do anything but drums); He simply said that knowing your tools and music in general allows a song to be made without listening. Try not to just be combative as a person because you want to immediately assume everyone is wrong.
