Thanks, you just saved me loads of money... Now I don't have to go to Hammer College...
🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣 u said what i want to say
The part where you showed that the face of the hammer could be used to drive nails was my favorite. Who knew?
That's what it's for ? Dam I was using the claws all the time...🥴
I feel I have watched a masterclass in Stating the bleeding obvious
This inspired me to make a golf ball holder out of an egg carton
My life is completely changed by watching this video. Now is there a Life Hack to get my Life Back?
Yep change the you tube channel what a waste of time .
I want the 5 minutes of my life back
Thanks. I didn’t bother to watch it. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Can you take him to court I think I wasted half my life with his nonsense I'm the thumbs down guy.
Music makes me want to drive a nail into my ears
I was going to say my head with a small hammer and just tap the nails slowly so the pain will sink in
Lmfao
This is a first for me, first time I've seen someone use a claw hammer to bend nails over instead of using it like a claw hammer.
They should be designed to do this - though some these days are simply made in the shape of a claw hammer - whereas the original makers figured all the geometry out.
And you get to use all that wood filler you have spare repairing the damaged surface !
I can't wait to pass out rubber bands at my next carpenter's union meeting! I'm sure the guys will be impressed.
Make sure you bring your hammer in your PVC holster. 🤦♂️
Ya make sure u dont hold them in your other hand..
I liked using the rubber leg cap on the hammer. It saves having to carry both a rubber mallet and a regular hammer.
The one about bending the nail sideways to pull it easier is fine if you don't want to reuse the nail, if you do, simply raise the fulcrum, like shown to hold the board down while pulling.
Your kidding right. Obviously not a tradesman. If one of my employees showed up with a hammer holster like that it would be his last day .
Wouldn't even be his first day. He'd get laughed off site 2 minutes after putting it on.
I was waiting for him to show us a full tool belt with PVC clip holsters on it for his pry bar, cell phone, pliers, impact driver, utility knife, measuring tape. Maybe use a couple capped off, to use as bit holders for screws or nails. Uh oh... I might have come up with a fantastic idea on the bit or screw holder with a PVC pipe holster. 😂
Hahahahaha 😝😝😝 I was thinking the same thing that Hamer holster is a joke
I literally laughed out loud when I saw that
No. 2 and No. 4... put a flat block of wood under the hammer and you won't mar the finish surface...
I drilled a small hole at the bottom of my hammer handle, inserted a small round magnet with epoxy glue. If I drop a nail I use the magnet to pick it up. Easier getting the nail off the magnet than the floor...
Porsche924Tim , you right, he should more practice and more experience before make this video
Nice , I'm gonna have to do that

That's my trick to used for over a decade
Misrty MakeTool, ..... Awesome informational video. Can You please make a video showing the many uses of a screw-driver. I have a drawer full of them and have no clue as to how to use them. thanks in advance
truly amazing, i would like to wish you every success in your unsuccessful career.
" Amazing" just doesn't do it justice . I watched all of that and now I feel like a tool .
Haha!
I can't believe I've just watched part of the video
Was that a Fisher Price tape measure?
I can't believe I have been using a hammer wrong all these years
Very useful demonstration. Cut down time wasting on surching material. Thanks
Glue a button magnet to the very end of the handle to hold nails and retrieve dropped nails.
There is 5 minutes 22 seconds of my life I'll never get back, I was waiting for the amazing part, never happened.
It could be because you slready knew all of these tricks!
5 mins 21seconds, but i agree
@@ssesafetywrsr5370 like every video I'm in the twilight zone and I've been here before... Waste of time and money...
@@peterrivney552 Watching TH-cam aimlessly is itself a waste of time for all of us. REMINDER: books are best friends. (For all ages)
The last trick it need to see if they stay if he hit with a hard way
Great tips. Will use these in my videos
You're a genius!
Last one with the rubber band, use a neodymium magnet, works a lot better
Search you tube
all i can say is swing that hammer like it was designed to be swung... see how well those nails stay put then...lolz
🤔 the reason most joiners n builders have the invention called a nail bag or pouches on their work trousers smfh 😅😅
2:00 that pipe looks like it is going to snap and break off the belt at any time.
Thanks for sharing this video ❤️

A true carpenter always mind his own bussiness....
100%
That PVC holster could also be used to protect your drywall from being scratched if you have to drive a nail close to a wall.
Al Gerbitz smd
Very well done.
Wow amazing,, i become a professional carpenter because of your tutorial😁😁😁
From his videos? You must be terrible
Parabéns ótimo vídeo gostei muito parabéns

Thumb up. Yeah
I like the hammer holster. The one thing I would have done differently is cut only two slots long enough to fit a belt through rather than creating a hook to hang on the belt.
Nice ideas
I can't wait to get back to work and try these new skills out I've got from this video. I've been using a hammer for 40 year's and didn't realize
you could pull nails out of wood with it.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👍
Never swung a hammer to make a living, eh?
TANG ,I WILL DESTROY YOU.
I'll need it, thank you👍
its amazing video wow😍
When you have a strong desire to tell people they're doing it wrong, make a "hack" video.
Wanna see a carpenter hack? *holds up hack saw and starts cutting*
After watching this vid I decided to get hammered 😂
If I had a hammer, I would hammer in the morning
Nice watch. Looks like a casio.
A true carpenter doesn't bend nails over on the backside of a board... they pull them
End cutting pliers
Any body with sense will won't take this video seriously I thought hammer was just for hammering
Only 1 and 2 have any imaginable application in my line of work (handiman and theatre/film scenery)

Handyman that can't spell handyman!
@@bdizzle2144 😂😂😂
I fell asleep before I could finish this slow-moving entry-level video.
Спасибо, кэп))
#2: if you use the claw NOT on the head, but lower on the nail shaft, you can remove the nail without bending it - thus allowing you to re-use the nail
You can buy a little hammer clip that won't stick you in the side & goes on to your belt loop for around 5 dollars......
LOL! Wow this is great!
#2 just put a block of wood under hammer to make it higher and save nail or yourself from breaking handle.
"So he's an idiot."
"Yes."
Hehehe
Thank you, this video made me laugh because it's so ridiculous.
Damn, I need whatever you’re smoking. This video was awful.
@@stroys7061 No it is a hilarious comedy, the music is so horrible though it is horror, so... a horror comedy movie?
Hi instead of bending the nail to pull it out, put a block of wood between the wood and the hammer, this results in a lot less effort.
Can believe this have millions views?
Just buy a tool belt...wear that PVC hammer holder on a job site and you'll get laughed off the job site🙄
Guess in a third world jobsite it might fly.
If I showed up to a job with that pipe on....Id get two checks on Friday.
I just want to know if he tried climbing a ladder with that. And if the guy below him survived!
@@MrBEZROC yep first and last 😜🤔
@@iFixJunk yep and nope 🥴
Not impressed nice video though 👍🏼

I don't like it, but I like it. Hmmm
nice video cool video
the last trick is helpful when used for tapping and not hard hammering
'Amazing' he said
I thought to myself, "Wow, this video couldn't get any worse" then I turned the volume up on my phone.....
You got me on that one evey video is like what the hell is wrong with my life 🥴🙄 like I'm in the twilight zone I've been here before 😵
Amezing👍👍👍👍👍
Merci beaucoup
Brilliant video, inspired me to build a house and that rubber band trick saved me so much time
I'm 13 yet I can hit a nail in with 3 (or sometimes 2) hits easily
i like the pvc pipe holding the hammer ,great idea
This holder will ruin your belt and/or your trousers. Bad idea !
It also looked like the belt tab was close to breaking.
This holder would snap of your belt easily if it get tangeled or bumped by something.
Also a potential falling object while working in heights.
You could hit your coworker working down below and/or you would need to climb down to pick it up.
I thought it was a good idea too, but the objections are quite valid!
Brilliant...!
5:20 beautiful
🤣
try removing the nail on the wall with that technique LOL
Amazing totally blew me away!
ashley sefton ,,DAMN YOU NEED TO GET A LIFE, ,MORON 😂
The rubber band hack would take more time putting them in and taking them out than just grabbing them from a box lol, with the added problem of them falling out at some point
Oh my god now on most all of these oh my god now. I’m a builder. These are like grandma hacks
This was painful to watch, this guy needs to buy the right tool for the right job
1:37 wtf!!!! just buy a tool belt !!!!!
😅😅😅😅😅
Very nice information thank you sir
Gostei ados martelo 😁👍👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🇧🇷
Should be titled "How to use a hammer 101“
Very nice bhai😊
Kreatif... Super....👍
TEN MILLION people have seen this video??!!
We all need to get a life, folks.
I should’ve known not to watch this video when I saw the quality of hammer being used. That is like some child’s toy hammer used for hanging pictures at Best
Nice
hgjf fswahuy xvxhu jgd wt xafh gd .
For number 2, the way you're supposed to use that is to fulcrum it toward the longer end of the board so it doesn't lift up.
I'll be using my new learned word, "fulcrum", on the jobsite! This word is well worth the 5:21 I just spent.
WOW YOU MEAN YOU CAN ACTUALLY USE A HAMMER as a . . . HAMMER? AND ALL THIS TIME I THOUGHT THEY WERE JUST DECORATIONS.
YOU GUYS ARE GENIUSES!!!

this should be called “hipster hammer hacks” for those who like to secure their Lincoln Log Cabins with more than just Elmer’s glue... Bill Lopez UBC Boston local 339
I’d also recommend... looking up tool belt, hammer loop (“vans edition” for twerps that don’t really skateboard for that better accessory look), cats paw maybe ( not an actual cat’s paw for the concerned vegans out there), even the smallest belt to hold your “picture frame nails”, oh... and just leaving the nail “alone!” once it’s banged down. The only reason it should be striked down is if someone is going to step on it, not scratch their hand. Just pull the damn thing.
Let’s hope this person saves lives by not making a hacks vid for a chop or circular saw.
In the nail extraction scene ,put a block of under the hammer, then extract the nails without bending them so you can use them again ang again ,saves on nails or having to straighten the nails and less chance of hitting your fingers.
Dios te bendiga mi hermano en nombre de Jesús eres un inteligente me suscribo hoy

“Only the tip, mind you...”
Very good
I love it

Hahaha so funny 😂😆😂 genius!
No4, just pull it out.
Try pulling those sideways nails between obstacles.
Always slide another object, under to raise the head...(lol raise the head) to pull stuck nails with less effort.
Да прям Архимед 👍👍

The most amazing thing about this is that you don't know how to use a claw hammer correctly.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That and the fact must not be a joiner or carpenter never would you ever see us bending over nails we would use the correct length to start with 🤔😅😅
Very good idea.for peoples working in construction. Also to me.new friends
good ideas you very creative I like your ideas
That's too bad.
