Mine too! I found her in a bargain bin in Berkeley, California, circa 1971. I played that old vinyl LP of Mme Butterfly, over and over, for years. I always found her voice haunting and vulnerable, at the same time. She was big in her day and has left a lasting legacy of beautiful heart-rending arias, in her own inimitably pure voice. I've listened to her for over fifty years with growing respect and affection for her singing.

El propio Heyduk, tradujo el poema al alemán, Dvorak cambió algunos versos y sobre este texto en alemán, compone la música. Años mas tarde es cuando se interpreta en checo. Chequia pertenecía entonces al Imperio Austrohúngaro y el alemán era la lengua franca.
