He is telling partially correct but not 100% correct.
If u want grow a higher level in testing field u should learn any one programming language like Java and python and javascript like...but midium level depth not required like developer.

yes I watched sir,
My advice is don't tell only one face of the testing field and at the same time mention the other face of the testing field (coding required field)
Then they can understand clearly otherwise they think there is no need of coding in testing field because they are new to testing field
Give complete summary not incomplete
