Error:An error is a mistake misunderstanding ,misconceptions on the part of a software developer. The category of developer include Software engineer ,Programmer,Analyst and tester.
Defect: A defect is variance between Expected result and actual result detected by the developer after the product goes live.
Bug: Abug is fault in the software that detained during testing time.They occur because of some coding error and leads a programme to malfunction.
Failure: it is an event in which a component or system doesn't perform a required function within specified limit.
