How to set up your BluePro Water Purifier Dispenser (read the description ) Bluepro is a scam!

I’m sorry you purchase your product. Bluepro has ceased all their warranty and do not provide warranty even if you purchase with one.
My BluePro Water Purifier Dispenser broke down a month ago! It’s just stop working all the sudden. So I remember I still have one year warranty and I message them. After dragging for a while, they finally agree to refund me half the amount and I agreed. So I waited and chase them for payment then they say they will get back to me after the holiday.
After the holiday they say they changed policy and they do not provide warranty anymore. I do not understand what does that have to do with me cause I purchase with a year warranty. They just say it’s a change of policy and refuse to pay a single cent and completely wash their hands of it!
This is dishonest and unethical! Do not purchase their product anymore as it will break down within a year and all BluePro product do not have warranty anymore even though when u purchase they say they do!
I have feedback to Lazada and now waiting for update and will update you guys.

Chinese Owners am sure. that's their usual practice. they set up shop in a country. then they don't honor their warranties or services and just close shop. and Reopen in a new company name and do it all over again. Thank you for this warning. almost bought one

I poured 3liters of water for the flush. But only 0.5liters was flushed out. Do i have to repeat the process till all 3liters is being flushed out?

You are susposed to let it flush out until there is only 1 litre left :)
