Do NOT purchase BluePro Water Purifier Dispenser ! (Read the description)

My BluePro Water Purifier Dispenser broke down a month ago after 9 months of usage! It’s just stop working all the sudden. So I remember I still have one year warranty and I message them. After they purposely dragged/ignore for a while and my constant messaging, they finally agree to refund me half the amount and I agreed. So I waited and chase them for payment then they say they will get back to me after the holiday/
After the holiday they say they changed policy and they do not provide warranty anymore. I do not understand what does that have to do with me cause I purchase with a year warranty! They just say it’s a change of policy and refuse to pay a single cent and completely wash their hands of it!
This is dishonest and unethical! Do not purchase their product anymore as it will break down within a year and all BluePro product do not have warranty anymore even though when u purchase they say they do!
I have feedback to Lazada and now waiting for update and will update you guys.

Lazada has help me claim back a partial refund and they have paid me! Thank god for Lazada! Thank you Lazada for settling my problems fast and efficiently from this dishonest vendor!

i had been using it for nearly 2yrs. changed once for the filter, so far still working well n good

Thanks for this video! I’ve never heard of this brand until I saw it on Shopee while searching for a water dispenser. Do you still enjoy it? How much do the filters cost and how often do you have to replace them? Did you ever worry that there will be a problem purchasing the filters since it isn’t a very well-known brand?
You’re most welcome! I also never heard about it until I was checking it out on Lazada for a Xiao mi water dispenser. End up Xiao mi and Bluepro collab and do a water dispenser together! I did some research and they are actually quite well known in China! So I think you don’t have to worry on that part! They have a official store in Lazada as well and do wait for the 11.11 sales that is coming up. They normally slash their sales a few days after 11.11. The filter is actually only $65, which is much cheaper than all the other filters in Singapore and I can do the installation myself.
I still love it and I have no regrets buying it at all! I use it everyday and save me a lot of troubles from boiling water all the time :)

I had also sent them a msg last night via Lazada to ask about the filter and they responded very quickly so I’m quite impressed. Oh, you saved me a 2nd time - I was going to order it today but you reminded me about 11.11! (You saved me the first time coz I almost ordered the Philips one and that’s $600+ for the machine, $199 for the filter. Then I saw your post and the rest is history 😁). Normally after 11.11, like on 12.11, they have a flash deal. I show it happen on 9.8 and 10.9.!

yes, it is damaged and I'm not using it anymore and Bluepro refuse to give any warranty despite me purchasing with warranty

@@bluwave85 the dispenser just broke down after 7 months of use. I contacted them as I purchase with 1 year warranty.
They started to be very irresponsive even when the message is read. I went to Lazada and they finally replied saying they will pay me back 50% since I already use for 7 months. I agreed and keep asking them when will the payment is in. They gave a few dates and no payment is in.
Finally one day they replied telling me that their company changed policy and they are not issuing any more warranty for oversea orders and disappear.
I feel this is ridiculous as I purchase with warranty so even you changed your policies, there is nothing to do with me. They should honoured their warranty.
I contacted Lazada again and they pay me back instead.
Been planning to purchase this but based from your description that they denied also the warranty, that’s so sad,.

will the remaining 1liter of waste water wont dispense if you try pressing the buttons for dispensing water?
No, they will not dispense
@@SimplifiedByManda does the 1 liter have a separate storage from the other 4liter? Or does the machine detect when the water has only 1liter left?
Nope it’s does not have a separate container, it will just detect it at 1 litre

Hi! It's me again - I had previously posted a comment in your other video on BluePro.
Just to share, i had placed an order for the same water dispenser as part of 7/7 sales. I decided to go back to your video to familiarize myself on the usage and I glad I did!
I didn't know they stopped offering warranty and I confirmed with the seller on Lazada as well. Cancelled my order and decided to go with another tank-based water dispenser, though without filtration.
