If empty as early as 11 AM but that’s rare in these types of rooms. If you pay for early check in then you usually get it as early as arrival. Weekends are a bit more tricky.
One other tip is you have a non-Sky Suite reservation at Aria and you arrive in Vegas early then do your gambling during the day before you get your room and then go around 1pm and check to see if your room is ready and also ask if there are any Sky Suite Rooms available. I didn't originally have a Sky Suite Room, but they upgraded me. I think my play during the day made a difference as well. Oddly I was up for the day as well on the slot machines so it was a Win-Win all around trip. Since the Sky Suite Lounge is open at 6:30am compared to VIP Lounge at 9am...definitely worthwhile for free coffee and San Pellegrino and pastries/snacks in the morning.

so how long did you end up waiting after the 3pm check in for your room?
We finally got it around 445. Ultimately not the biggest deal, the room was worth the wait!

How much was the room a night
We split the room four ways so we paid $500 per person for the three nights. Total was 2K with tax and everything.
But was there a clubhouse in the room?
