    And what I love about D'Wade is that he has/had every right to carry a big "f*ck you, do you know who I am?!" attitude on his back, but instead he's one of the most humble and selfless players to be THAT great.
    Jordan was driven by obsessive competitiveness, Kobe was driven by having the strongest work ethic and determination to be the best, but neither of them gave a damn about making anyone else look good on the court. But D'Wade, he's different. He had the ability to take over the game, was clutch under pressure in the final moments, and when LeBron joined the Heat, D'Wade mentored him on how to lead a team to a championship, and then handed the keys over and pretty much said "I'll still do my thing, but you're the man now-let's go get us a ring."
    That's the sort of superstar team player I like. Not the kind who leaves town to join the team full of beta males that beat him to the Finals in the previous season.

    My favorite player ever. Every time I watch Wade play, I feel like a kid because he makes the game seem like art. Pure, natural and God-given talent and skill. I could write a damn essay out here, but all I'll say is as highly rated as Wade is, I still think he is one of the most underrated players of all time. I don't think his game got even 1/4 of the appreciation it deserved. It's all good though, true fans of Wade and true fans of basketball know what's up.

    Man, Wade without injuries is a likely two time MVP, two time finals MVP and 4-5 time champion with likely two scoring championships. He would be the other side of the coin for LBJ; same make, same model, same era, one the face and the other the signature. With all the signature moves Wade has I am sure we can all agree that he is the signature. We have to thank Marquette for that horrible decision to remove his meniscus smdh. HE PLAYS WITHOUT A MENISCUS PEOPLE! 0_0 The Flash time travels and becomes Father Prime. Thanks for everything DWade!

    This man put his heart, soul, sweat, and tears into the Miami Heat organization, and to see them betray him the way that they did must have disgusted him. Dwayne is one of the most humble athletes in the history of all sports, because he didn't care about the money. He was never the highest payed player on the Heat for his whole career with them. He valued winning more than money, which is the reason why he wanted LeBron to join his side to win a ring with him.

    • @kelbohart3753
      @kelbohart3753 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hahshsh Shahs Smh It was about everything he did for the franchise his whole career.. It is what he did for the whole community of Miami his whole career.. It is how he sacrificed his self for the better of the team to win championships by playing with LeBron and bosh.. If it wasn't for Wade the heat would not even have ah championship yet, he brought them LeBron and bosh and their first ring ever... And he even sacrificed his own money to win championships... How is that even towards the end of his career not enough for the heat to sacrifice ah few more million in which they easily had for him after all that like the Lakers did Kobe???? It seems to me Pat Riley was pretty damn arrogant and didn't wanna do it because of more reasons than him being ah older player not in his prime anymore... And that is disgusting to know they felt he didn't deserve it... The Miami Heat really fucked that up.. And now because of that they will now make other star players not wanna come to Miami because of how they did ah First ballot Hall of famer at end of his career smh. That was sad...

One of the few players that have made me say that and will always be my favorite and top 5. Unfortunately, I feel not enough people appreciate just how great this guy is. I hope he is able to win another title before he leaves.

  • @jerryallover4193
    @jerryallover4193 8 ปีที่แล้ว +171

    You can't be this great with barely any recognition from anyone. The truth is this guy is the greatest guard since Jordan for the past thirteen years. I like Kobe but Wade is overall better to me, a much more controlled leader. In my opinion he is a mix of Jordan and Kobe, with some AI. His passing ability is amazing, better than most point guards in the game. He made Lebron look better than he ever did with all those alleys. His post game is better than everyone with his insane footwork. Overall this guy has always been the best in the game but people just won't admit it.

      Bruh he should've won that MVP in 2011 but when LeBron found out it was only Dirk Novitski or Dwyane Wade his ahh literally disappeared in the fourth quarter of game three acting like he founded play and put the Mavs up on their first win against them. Look at the records, LeBron ain't getting one point the whole game and for the last four or three games he didn't contribute half his PPG average. And clutch shots that would gave won the game he gave to an injured Wade or Bosh who came back from injuries off the bench or missed the shot. LeBron a green ass jit he did that shit on purpose.

      Wade is top 15 all time, but not better then Kobe at all. Everything Wade could do, Kobe could do, BETTER. Kobe was just as explosive and a great dunker, even won a dunk contest as a Kid, but Kobe had a much better all around offensive game because Wade was never a great jump shooter, Kobe is one of the greatest mid range shooters of all time, he had way more ways to score, and is also tied for first with M.J. with first team defenses, and tied second for all NBA defenses all around(meaning 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams). Kobe was robbed of 4 MVP's.

    Some interesting things you probably don't know - 1:08 was his first national TV game. It was vs the Mavs, I still have it on VHS and the dunk was better from the normal angle. This was a replay. He was still relatively unknown since everyone was so focused on Bron, Melo and Bosh. Even by the All Star weekend he wasn't getting much attention. That year Wade hit a game winning shot in the first round, and beat the favored Hornets in 7. They lost to the heavily favored Pacers in 6 in Rd 2, but what most people don't know or didn't even realize was that in game 6, Dwyane Wade was the only one hitting shots. If you look at that Box score, you will be shocked they were still in it at the end. For some reason though, SVG kept subbing out Wade for Rafer, and with the Heat down 1 possession late, and the season on the line, SVG had Wade on the bench for Rafer who was 0-6 that game and inexplicably missed a layup down 3 with a few seconds left. I wanna say Wade was the only Heat player to even make a shot in the 4th qtr. Anyway, I was shocked SVG got another year after that blunder, but it wasn't talked about because no one expected the Heat to get out of the 1st round. 20 years later, still that bugs me. By now, everyone knew Wade was the best player on the team so for him to be on the bench for the final play was unforgivable. Wade handled it like a professional. Most players then and now of his caliber, even rookies, would have made a big fuss about it. But this is pre-social media. You have a few radio and TV shows, that's about it but Wade could have griped. I still don't know if it was intentional or a mistake. SVG was lucky this was before social media and before there were 50,000 podcasts cause he basically got a pass on that..... Lastly, the series against the Mavs they won, after game 2, Dan Patrick on his radio show said that the series wouldn't even make it back to Dallas. They won all 3 at home then obv made it back to Dallas and won Game 6 for his first NBA championship. I was a huge fan from his college days, and he happened to land on my favorite team.

    Four regular season that DWYANE WADE WAS THE MVP 2006 2007 2008 AND 2009... he bit James and points blocks and steals even Kobe Bryant why NBA never give DWYANE WADE what he deserve. Let me tell you why NBA exchange NBA never will be the same they call me the system trying so hard to compare LeBron James to Michael Jordan as the greatest as all time only one came if I was going to pick Caine and 2000 to 2009 it would be DWYANE WADE Bryan Kobe Bryant. Event in 2010-2011 2012 2013 DWYANE WADE killing the lead his defense was Unstoppable unbelievable I would not ever forgive THE NBA what they did to Mr MV3 DWYANE WADE ONE AND ONLY Legend continue

      He did. 2006. He should have in 08 he had better records than Kobe. He should have in 2011 but LeBron disappeared in the championship finals against the Mavericks when he saw that only Dwyane Wade and Dirk Nowitski were the only two candidates for the trophy.

      King Z haha I meant a regular season MVP trophy. He would've won a 2nd one for sure if Lebron didn't choke. But In 06-07, he was well on his way to win an MVP but go injured. And I agree, he should've won the MVP trophy in '08 too

    • @kingkonvikzion11
      @kingkonvikzion11 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ger Moua For real. The injuries got him but he still was good and is pretty decent right now. I think they rippedcjim off though, especially when LeBron played for the Heat. Dwyane Wade could keep up with LeBron with his injuries and with less minutes than him. Imagine if they had Dwyane Wade there for LeBron everytime LeBron made a garbage play they probably would have won 2014. But sadly they didn't and gave Wade way less minutes than LeBooty.
