Another enjoyable podcast, Jana! I'm so sorry about your car and hope it isn't STILL stuck. When you get it free, can you not clear a place for it and keep it clear so it does not happen again? Maybe not so easy, when you have so much snow. I am so pleased you enjoy podcasting - it is a place where your friends are, so you can talk about your troubles as well as all the nice things. X

Missing your podcast and your wonderful spirit! I hope you are well.
Thank you for the update on your health and activities. European on the border of the big R are the only ones that can really understand what it means to have THEM as neighbours. My romanian grand-father spent 5 years in a goulag as a prisoner of war and my grand-ma's mother died alone somewhere in actual Ukraine after the iron wall felt on the poor polulations that lived under USSR influence... I guess I grew up prejudiced. Thank you for doing so much.

Just want to let you know that I miss seeing your podcasts weekly but I can totally understand that it would be so difficult to make the time to make any podcasts right now with everything that's going on in your life and the world so close to your home. Most of all I love the Maja sweater. I love the low contrast color work. I just purchased the colorway Fossil in a rustic worsted from Jule of Woolen Twine. I couldn't decide on the contrast color until I saw your sweater and now I know I will buy a low contrast yarn from her. Your sweater is absolutely gorgeous. I love the clip of you at the end in your Love Note sweater and linen dress. Very cute.

Thank you so very much for the lovely podcast you do. I love to see what you are knitting and also to hear things about life in Finland. We too have had more snow yesterday. Since I'm retired I can stay home if I want to when the weather is challenging. I love to be able to enjoy the winter from inside a warm house. But I also enjoy the outdoors as well. I'm hoping to knit a sweater like the one you are working on. That is a lovely pattern. Again, thank you for all you do. You bring such joy to many of us.

I am fairly new to your podcast...only discovered this whole podcast world last year...love yours where you also include your daily and family life. When we make large projects all the time, we need something quick to get some instant gratification. Your hat came out really nice.
What a beautiful job on your Love Note. Bet it looks smashing on you. Oh, yes it does!
An old trick to getting your car unstuck is to use the car mats (or cardboard since you’re home). Jam them under the tire as far as it will go. You can also use cat litter or sand to get some grip.
The oatmeal & grey look fabulous together. It’s a beautiful calm contrast. Perfect! ❤️

I would love to know if the rest of the house is as colorful as the room you video from- that wallpaper is beautiful! I’ve always been curious about why your English is so good. Other questions I’ve pondered while watching include- what are your daughter’s medical issues? What is your small town like? How far is it from a big city? Did you grow up there? Where do you find your linen dresses? I would love to hear about your favorite and most worn knit pieces.
I really enjoyed the information on Icelandic wool and would love to hear more about the technical side of knitting as well as about spinning and dyeing yarn. 🧶

Hi. Thank you for the visit and I hope you can easily catch up with all the work. I always drink a herbal tee, with a slice of lemon, and fresh ginger and 1/2 teaspoon honey. This helps the sour throat and nose.
Your Slipstrawaganza look great! I really like pink colour lately. Low contrast colourwork is my favourite and Maya cardigan look so nice like a sweater with just two colours.

Thank you for your episod. Not a single snow flake here this year but yesterday we had the Eunice storm. It's quite windy now, just the perfect weather for knitting and watching podcasts. I love your sweater version of the Maja. I usually replace white by light grey in my colourwork especially when the main colour is blue. Otherwise, the blue looks greenish and the white yellowish
