    INTERVIEW WITH CARMEN
Carmen is Australian Chinese. I asked her what the differences are between Chinese American vs. Chinese Australian vs. Chinese Canadian. I also asked her about how she gets ideas to use in their videos. Carmen was working for a company involved in making the documentary "Confucius Was A Foodie", starring celebrity chef Christine Cushing. I met Carmen and Christine at the Foo's Ho Ho Restaurant, in Vancouver. Foo's Ho Ho was the last Chinese restaurant to serve Chinese village cooking. It has since closed down. I have heard it will be re-opening in the future. I hope so. I miss their Chinese home style cooking.
