- "2024 marks the East Peoria IL. Festival of Lights' 40th anniversary! and is one of the largest nighttime-lighted holiday festivals in the Midwest. It began as a Christmas lighting contest on a TV network and has continued ever since. My favorite is the Enterprise. Enjoy and be sure to check out my other vids.
