I wish I had a gym near me in Sweden, with all those great machines and weights! Right now im doing my workouts at my works gym, after my work. Im on a hard diet plan, and are working hard to get down in weight and be strong at the same time, with a protein diet. So far its going great! I have soon met my first goal! The only issue i always had is stay consistent, and do it a hole year.. i always end up after 3-4 month training, with no training at all xD. Anyways, Great video Mike, i liked the floor press, never seen that before! Cheers from Sweden!

One can only train as well as he recovers, and the way you train at your age, obviously you a thing or two about how to preserve health and let the body heal. Whatever it is: rest periods, deload, stretching, massages, acupuncture, any kind of therapy - I think a lot of people would like to listen about it.
that gave me a chuckle! it's all about routine and the time you get to bed. my schedule is pretty rough but I can squeeze in an complete excercise 45 min to an hour Monday to Friday weekends I rest so I can recover from the gauntlet. we grow when we rest.
I use to 360 There was a time i did 455 2 reps I was going to do 240 on my birthday 60 year old climbing back back up seemed cool. Age seems to be against me joints are painful. Knees really suck good shoulder is becoming painful enough to wake me up. Hope peptides work
I train at 5:30am and am always surprised how many people at the gym at that time don't really train that hard. In theory I would think only very serious lifters would train that early, but it really isn't the case.

I do 12am-2. Sleep from 3am-10. 7hours sleep works for me. Love the empty gym and the most energized at that time.
I do his other chest work out every time I do chest. I was surprised how heavy dumbbells I got up to the first time running the rack.
I wish I could go to the gym before work but my world gym isn't open then I get up at 230 am and I start work at 4 am get home at 4 pm
