When it comes to post-Dragonball....Dragonball.....I think I have come to the following conclusion about how I would recommend watching it...... 1. Funamation's redub of the first bit up to the arrival of the Ginyu Force that they released after their first version of the Buu saga finished airing on tv. 2. The Falconer/Funamation dub for the second half (though probably skipping the epilogue). Exception to this is that I would suggest watching particular scenes with different musical scores. Like, the Japanese version of the Ginyu theme, Lone Warrior during Trunk's big fight with Cell, and the version of Day of Fate that you guys did (and without Gohan interior monologue). 3. Dragonball Super up till their Future Trunks arc. SKIP that arc, and go straight to the Universe Survival Arc. (though for the Beerus arc, after Goku becomes a Super Sayain God, just watch the end of the Battles of Gods movie, and the Resurrection F movie instead of that arc). 4. DBS Broly movie 5. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero Movie. AND THAT.....IS.....IT! Just that. Point when DBS returns and does the new manga stuff? Forget it! Its a different continuity! I think the new movie is honestly the best place to end the saga. Maybe one uses the headcannon that Gohan gets Broly, Piccolo, and Vegeta together, they quickly ambush Lord Freezer, turn him over to Whis and Beerus, and then make a promise to modify what you can do with the dragonballs. And thats it! Thats the end of the story.

It was Goku telling Zeno about fighting to the death that reminded him to clean up the universes. The viewers even get shown that Zeno’s games end with things getting destroyed. And it’s litterally why everyone is pissed at Goku for starting the whole thing. That’s not to say Zeno wouldn’t have killed them all at some point, just that Goku reminded him and gave him a fun way to do it so he didn’t want to put it off any more. Thus doomibg everyone. Zeno saying this was all a test ruins things. The Arc should have ended with U7, being the only Universe that wants to fix their mistake and the only one that would, aside from notmally U11, wish everyone back. Thereby you have Jiren who would normally wish everyone back confronted with fixing the mistakes of a careless monster or losing his only chsnce to revive his mentor and concludding that Goku is not worth his justice. And in fairness they did bits of that but Goku never really learnt or faced consiquences for his dumb mistake. If anything I think Jiren should have knocked Goku out early and then later in Goku should have been brought back in later for Round 2 to fix his mistakes.

Or rather, their soul is essentially destroyed at that point? But either way, I feel like he would have tried to avoid the suicide attack method because Vegeta actually demonstrated why that's a bad idea against someone like buu. Because if you kill yourself when trying to unleash a massive attack against someone who can regenerate as easily as buu can, if you don't successfully obliterate every bit of him, then you're right back to square one and now your strongest fighter is dead. Actually, now that I think of it, it makes sense for goku to have avoided doing a suicide attack if only because that's exactly how he died last time against cell, and it didn't even work since cell came back almost immediately after even stronger than before.
That's a misconception. Kid Buu was actually stronger than Super Buu and Fat Buu (but probably weaker than Buuhan and Buutenks). In the manga, Goku directly states that Buu's ki *increases* when he transforms from Super Buu into Kid Buu. Goku could have easily beaten Fat Buu (especially given he was dead during his fight with Fat Buu, which helped negate the drawback of Super Saiyan 3's high energy consumption), but Kid Buu legitimately gave him trouble. That bit about him holding back to give Vegeta a chance was anime only.

I just can't enjoy Doom Eternal like the 2016 game. Besides it making the Doom Slayer feel weaker (and much less interesting), it felt like a desperate attempt to cram in as much lore as possible, just for the sake of tying up loose ends. I was expecting a kind of remake of Doom 2, in the same vein as Doom 2016 was a redo of the original game. What was delivered is... certainly a game, but it's not at all equal to Doom 2016. Kind of felt more like a different dev team was handed the assets and writing, then told to handle the rest. There is constantly something screaming at you and throwing crap all over the screen, it's just overwhelming with how much the game expects you to deal with... Honestly, I felt frustrated and couldn't enjoy it. Sure the combat can be fun, but it's not paced the same way as the first game. Somehow, despite the obsession with dumping lore onthe player... a bunch of it is never explained. The game just doesn't tell you WHY you need to do certain things in a certain way, a complete opposite to Doom 2016.

I just can't enjoy Doom Eternal like the 2016 game. Besides it making the Doom Slayer feel weaker (and much less interesting), it felt like a desperate attempt to cram in as much lore as possible, just for the sake of tying up loose ends. I was expecting a kind of remake of Doom 2, in the same vein as Doom 2016 was a redo of the original game. What was delivered is... certainly a game, but it's not at all equal to Doom 2016. Kind of felt more like a different dev team was handed the assets and writing, then told to handle the rest. There is constantly something screaming at you and throwing crap all over the screen, it's just overwhelming with how much the game expects you to deal with... Honestly, I felt frustrated and couldn't enjoy it. Sure the combat can be fun, but it's not paced the same way as the first game. Somehow, despite the obsession with dumping lore onthe player... a bunch of it is never explained. The game just doesn't tell you WHY you need to do certain things in a certain way, a complete opposite to Doom 2016.

Completely disagree with taka. Vegeta made everything worse not goku. Examples. Vegeta could of destroyed gero but nope vegeta is single handedly responsible for 16 17 and 18 being activated. Example 2 could of single handedly destroy semi-perfect cell as a ssj grade 2 but allowed cell to absorb 18 letting cell reach his perfect for and got his butt kicked example 3 single handedly responsible for majin buu being released because of a midlife crises example 4 fast forward to resurrection of F vegeta could of single handedly destroy freeza after his fight with goku but chose to play with his food resulting in freeza blowing up the earth which resulted in whis rewinding time
