She teaches non-dual awareness and subtle energy meditation techniques and uses neurotechnology, Reiki and tuning forks in transformative quantum healing experiences and in her coaching work.
    Holly's childhood passion for maps, the environment, technology and spirituality initially led her to a 25 year career as a conservation scientist mapping the Earth's ecosystems with GPS. Heartbroken by the state of the planet coupled with a personal health crisis, she set out on a new path of healing and transformation. She shifted her focus from exterior to interior and rewired her brain to a state of resilience and joy.
    Founder of HeartMind Alchemy, and as a former scientist turned meditation teacher and coach, Holly unites ancient wisdom with modern science and harnesses modern technology and neuroscience to empower clients on their path to human flourishing and upgrading from “ordinary mind" to luminous awareness. I wish I knew then what I know now. That life isn’t black and white. It’s charged with confusion, winding bends paved with adrenaline, butterflies in your stomach floating aimlessly with no sense of direction, and child-like wonderment filled with light intermittently darkened by familiar shadows that can pull you down into the depths of your own hell. The judgements cast in the ignorance of my youth have become the fate of today. The wounds I have so mindlessly inflicted on loved ones and strangers alike have formed the tempestuous ocean of sorrows I must now tread. One thing I do know is that love is not a simple thing to be overlooked. It's breadth and scope is unfathomable, its penetration is multidimensional, it's faithfulness is eternally unwavering, and it's effect on the heart is deeply profound. Love is, without a doubt, the backdrop for all existence; the essence of what God is and who we are.

    I went through an emotional, health and spiritual breakdown too and I too had mold poisoning which changed my directory in life hugely. So crazy how her experience was described so similar to mine. I realized after this ordeal I went through that the universe did not want me going down that path and it was what helped redirect me on this path I’m on now. I had just started school for my doctorate of pharmacy and it felt like my entire world crashed around me. I held on for a year and a half but finally gave in when I ended up with a tumor in my brain, my boyfriend of 10 years left me and I felt completely abandoned by God. I broke in that moment but it was something I survived and am thankful for now espeically because I could never be able to go along with big pharma and bare to live with myself everyday knowing what I know now. Just so much conincidence with her story and mine so that is very cool to me.

    One night I came home from work relaxed by lying down but not sleeping. And shortly I pop out of my body, and could see myself just lying down from a point above my body. So I started walking around my home checking things out wondering WTF is going on . I saw my wife watching TV in our family room. There was a knock on the front door and instantly popped back in my body went to the door and it was the pizza my wife ordered. I told her what happened I think she thought I lost my mind.
    I did not seek any of this but it happened. In a few days I was having visions of being in a Midwest town but all the cars were from
    1940 to 1950 everything was old fashon. Since then I started sensing others pain and learning lessons of how the universe really is. Non duality, everything vibrates, energy healing and how to advance our souls level through love and service to others.
    The toughest thing to do is quiet the mind and not listen to the egoic mind.
    Every time i have a negative thought I just wad it up and throw it I the trash
    Then ask the creator to forgive that thought and I am not that person anymore. I now live a life of no fears. No pain, no regrets and just try to help others to do the same.

    Alex. Thank you man. My journey began very early. My earliest memory at 3 years old of lying in a field of buttercups feeling the cold spring earth under me and the warmth of the sun on my face. I was and am an extreme empath. I could physically feel others pain in the form of an ice cold pulse in the middle of mt chest. At 14 my journey began. It took my entire life, I am now 67. I have been homeless 3 times and made tons of money at other times. I have recently, like since 2015, finally reached a turning point. I had recently lost everything in the material world and found myself on my final leg to enlightenment. The book Conversation with God kept me on the right path as I walked the streets looking for work and a new home. I had a few more life bombs go off before I finally broke free of my dark ego existence. Today I bless all the negative turns and twist which has led to a new and beautiful life. I have reconnected with source love and light. Thank you for all you do.

    There are some really amazing nuggets of wisdom scattered throughout this conversation. I really enjoyed the idea of enlightenment as the end of resisting what is. Hi. I have loved your podcasts.
    I'm a trauma resolution neurotherapist and I'm am now providing neurofeedback to help clients, especially with those more rooted childhood traumas. It helps with so much more than that, however. To answer the question posed, if you do use the same protocols over and over, it will rewire your neurons that way. That's why it's important to always monitor symptoms, so that protocols are adjusted so that the person can get better and their brain can work more optimally. It's amazing!

    Amazing as usual! Thanks Alex. I’m so happy she mentioned Love and Compassion. So many people put out the energy of sadness, worry and empathy for others but it is far better to send them love and compassion. It’s a higher frequency so you bring their vibe up rather than lowering with them. So many people do things because it has been their belief. Role models, religion, education. Some people think they are helping others by doing negative things. If we can all continue to raise our own vibration and send out love and compassion then the perspective shifts will continue to happen. It’s very exciting seeing so many amazing people on the show sharing their experiences and understanding. It’s awesome!! Thank you xx Sending love xx ✨✨✨✨✨⭐️✨✨✨✨⭐️✨✨✨✨⭐️✨✨✨✨⭐️✨✨✨✨✨⭐️✨✨✨

    Just caught up with this interview. I have so much hope that future generations in the West will be brought up to know that they can shape and create their lives and to look within for happiness and not to the outside for their connections. Having 5 children, all over 16 now, I have to keep at bay the temptation to beat myself up for not teaching them this earlier so they don’t have to dig themselves out of what they see as a non purposeful life. But I didn’t know any better then so I hope that their own children if they have them will grow up differently. They will certainly have a grandma who will do whatever she can to teach them there is another way 😊

    A very helpful presentation. Thank you Holly for sharing what you have learned through research, study and most importantly self reflection. One point I like to make is that "science" is RE-discovering the information and "facts" that have been gained and lost over many years, through the earth cycles of several civilizations. This helps us gain perspective and remain humble and open. I really appreciate the notion of "shifting into an understanding, that is BEYOND conceptual, that is a lived experience in the flow with all of Life." "It's JUST dog hair... It's JUST dirty dishes" And thank you Alex for all of your input, but especially helping to re-blend science and spirituality so that we may live in wholeness. Keep spreading Love and Light !

      I'm interested in that book. I read the Gita and the Upanishads. I've also dabbled in the Vedas. But A Course in Miracles seems like a good fit for me too. I almost gave up on Christianity. But my perspective on it has changed over the years. I'm more of a spiritualist now.

    I continue to see that each being is on their own to fend for their self. We talk about the loving source energy/awareness/consciousness that loves us. And we conclude that love is compassion, and that we ought to practice love and compassion towards self and others and all nature, and we’re expected to be compassionate with the most evil doers because so and so. But where is the compassion to save the innocent- children for example - from the evil before it befalls them? Where is the love, the compassion, the power, the angels, the spirit guides, the whole celestial entourage to save them? And if we humans because of our limited awareness cannot foresee the dangers and prevent them, why can’t the celestial realm do it? So far I have watched every enlightening video there is to watch and heard every possible truth or version of the truth,l out there, whether historical, scientific , spiritual, or metaphysical and I have yet to hear a satisfying unifying answer as to the nature of the “source” and the nature and degree of its involvement with everything. And I dare say that the pure truth about life and our existence is not know yet, or at the least has not been revealed yet.
    One constant remains though that I can’t help but notice…, that to every statement, opinion, theory, explanation, or fact presented out there there’s a perfect contradiction. And that creates noise.
    When noise around me increases I find that just shutting it out and going within I feel truth and peace in the quiet, and I loose the restlessness to know the answers- an experience that’s is very empowering.
    Peace and love to all..

    • @billiverschoore2466
      @billiverschoore2466 ปีที่แล้ว

      ... you seek to stick labels on "Source"? Attach noise to "Source"?
      As you say yourself: you "lo(o)se the restlessness to know the answers". It seems to me like you have a choice there...
      Also it sounds like your brain immensely enjoys the interplay between confirmation and contradiction. Enjoy! You have your own answer right there.
      Thank you, your beautiful comment tickled and inspired me.

    Here's a question for anyone who would like to answer. Around 38:00 they are talking about accepting what is and to release resistance to what is, how do you handle situations where people you are friends with are being disrespectful and overly critical, do you just accept it, or do you stand up for yourself? How do you handle the situation? How do you set a healthy boundary without reacting in anger or hurt? How do you maintain harmony without being a pushover and ruminating about it after the fact, having buried those hurt feelings if you do not confront the person in the moment?

    • @hollyerincopeland
      @hollyerincopeland ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Linda, this is such a beautiful question. So the essence of the answer is to point you back to the knowing of your own being as whole and complete as you are. For you to feel/know your own loving heart that is totally without bounds and limits. When you can feel this for yourself then you become untouchable. Like an arrow shot through space in the room, nothing can harm you. So, your response becomes less about them, and more about you. Can you use this experience to learn more about yourself and feel into your own greatness. Then standing from this place of your own freedom and power, you can feel/know how to respond. Ask yourself, what is the most loving next step I can take?

    • @billiverschoore2466
      @billiverschoore2466 ปีที่แล้ว

      Also: RJ Spina brought up the difference in meaning between 'accepting' and 'allowing'. Where 'accepting' shuts out change/other possibilities, and 'allowing' includes other possibilities of whatever's "next". You may feel a different bodily response to 'accepting' and 'allowing'?

    I have a feeling that this is another 'thing' hidden in plain sight: we are forever saying "you are...", "they are...",
    "i am...", and then we go and complicate things by adding this or that, good or bad, unwell or well, enlightened or not, crazy or sane, etc etc. ...

    Hi. Holly mentioned that deep meditation brings up emotional stuff. Iv been meditating intensely for the past two months and suddenly, I've got this intense anxiety when I start to meditate. I was doing great but now its really an issue even though I know its my cptsd trying to find its of trying to balance out. Please could you suggest a way of working through this. I thought I was done with therapists and I honestly don't want to start that again.

    • @billiverschoore2466
      @billiverschoore2466 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      What i find helps is to drop yourself into the very deepest part of yourself and be amazed by what you find 'there'. - you may want to envisage for example that you have yourself in hand, literally hanging yourself over an infinite precipice (holding yourself there is/ may be the permission you give yourself to experience whatever follows whatever decision you make; to drop or not to drop or anything inbetween or around). Once you open your hand to release yourself into this place where thinking doesn't reach, you will instantly find your Core Self. You may find that you didn't drop but were suddenly suspended in total safety. Or something like that. Or not.

    Do these tools work for severe chronic pain? I have done a re wiring course (because of pain) and started meditation several hours a day three years ago. I am mostly homebound, and had a very rich life as an artist before injury. Concentration comes naturally to me, and my meditation has helped but my pain is not gone. I recently started feeling the chakra energy flow VERY strongly and it seems to be there 24/7 now (since last moth). I don't know if this kind of energy or the other things spoken about here can eradicate pain from injury (cervical and cranial nerves) and an unfortunate poisoning from a common antibiotic which has disabled me for over five years. If the universe was giving me a message, I definitely got it. I'm lost as what direction to turn to know that is safe. Can't really control it. I was blessed with a very creative and productive life ,I am not anxious nor depressed and have never felt the need for meditation, but pain and disability have brought me to this place.(star Wondering specifically about pain. If either of you read this, it would be great to get an answer. Thank you, as always, for my favorite you tube channel.
