    I have question please...
    How often do healthcare workers receive a raise in salary?
    Secondly, do healthcare workers get to travel to a different country for a job??
    Thirdly, do healthcare workers with a work visa come along with their family???

    I have been invited for an interview by employers in Ireland. They have already informed me via email to answer 25 questions that will appear on the screen of my computer during the interview. Once I complete them, they will get in touch via phone to inform me of my performance. They have mentioned that they can only proceed with applicants who meet the residency or visa requirements to work in Ireland. Could you please help me understand what this means? I am currently living in Ethiopia, Africa. Am I eligible for this opportunity based on their criteria?
    Please, I need your help even privately.

    Hello Ria .. after watching Ur video I was moved to mail Chevron college& the open college which are 2 major colleges offering online QQI Level 5 course for healthcare assistant. Unfortunately,they both replied saying candidates must be legally living in Ireland to enrol cos they need PPS number.How then can overseas candidates ever apply for the job when they require this qualification before employment. Can you advice nursing homes that agree to train overseas carers after employment to QQI Level in Ireland?

    Even if you have no experience?????surely what ye are doing is illegal ...if they were genuine they wouldnt need this information they would already know ..this could be putting people who need help at risk !!!

    • @gracekoeleh6446
      @gracekoeleh6446 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi,
      There’s no way to gain experience without doing something for the first time. When I mentioned having no work experience, I also mentioned it’s important to have working skills related to care skills; such as compassion, good communication skills, empathy, team work and also taking healthcare courses…these skills build you and prepare you for your first actual care job, more skills are built on the job. Having no experience doesn’t equate to having no skill. No care company will employ one without the required care skills, hence, my hitting on the importance of having these core care skills.
      Hope this explains my point better :)
