5’6 and touching rim is amazing... I know you are going to dunk 👍

form looks decent! I saw you were constantly grabbing the rim in the end, that means you are getting better with converting the horizontal energy! You might face slightly vert decrease when trying to jump with new form, but once you get used to the form, you will jump higher. I just finished my jump session today as well, my biggest conclusion for today is: always jump with a higher intension that visualize yourself jumping slightly higher than previous record. (It sounds normal but I never really intentionally to train my jump with that kind of mind muscle connection) The result is I instantly jumped higher around 3-4 cm, and it was the last set and my legs wasn't that bouncy like the beginning.

yeah I wasn’t too concerned about not jumping as high with the new form until I get used to it. I’ve never thought of it like that, for sure next time I’ll try jumping with the thought of getting my hand more above the rim than just trying to grab it. thank you for all the advice you are giving me! Also, do you notice anything I could fix with my form?

@@MatthewSanchez02 I think your form looks pretty good now, as long as you find a sweet spot for the length of penultimate and how low you can get for the loading part before the jump. Do you also workout in gym for strength and power?

@@shuyangchen7830 I don’t workout in a gym but I do explosive leg workouts at home
