I saw a show with 5 professional Italian chefs and they had 6 sauces to review RAO came in second and the Mutti came in first they liked it more ch better than RAO. Something to try if you see it.
Hello Anthony, love to see you enjoying your home and life so much. You remind me of my son. One thing I noticed (only because we have a trailer) is that you need to run a little stream of cold water down the sink when you drain your hot, boiled water from the pot. If not you run the risk of ruining your pipes from the sink. As we found out, there is a lot to consider for our trailers. We love ours also and want to keep it working as best we can. You have a really cute, perfect home. Enjoy!
Anthony, you kept mentioning portion control, however you should consider reading the back of your products to know what 1 portion is. IT looked as if you had 3 portions. Also, with any type of congestion, you should steer clear of milk and or sugar, so your congestion doesn't get worse. Gatorade is not good or healthy at all. Water/tea w/lemon is what you should be drinking to break up that mucus. Yes, Trader Joe's has specialty items and also seasonal items you won't find anywhere else. You really need to take advantage of their vegetables because they tend to be a little cheaper.

Hi Anthony! It's always good to see you! To solve the problem of width vs capacity, you can start using sauce pans and pots to brown your meats in the bottom of them, then you'll have room to pile on pasta, sauce, or vegetables without them spilling over the edge. You don't really need a frying pan unless you're making eggs, omelets, pancakes -wide food items that need to be flipped.

Take it from am Italian.... ALWAYS BOIL.WATERVFIRST! The way to keep your pasta from sticking is to make sure you use plenty of water. If you don't, the water becomes too starchy and it causes your pasta to get sticky. You put oil in the water. It prevents the sauce from sticking... The way you pronounce the pasta was good. The more you buy at trader joes the more addicted you will become. Their food is the bomb! Those shrimp are top shrimp really good. Best spaghetti sauce is Raos without a doubt.

Love that apron! As far as jarred sauce, Victorias or RAO’s if Victorias is not available. Read that label Anthony if it has sugar or anything other than tomatoes, extra-virgin, olive oil, and garlic maybe some basil put it back on the shelf it’s not real food.

Anthony, Amazon has T-Fal pans that don't have handles and nest inside each other for better use of space. They come with a separate universal handle that attaches to any if the pans.
Love the apron! Love Trader Joe's-they are awesome, great for folks with food allergies. We just discovered those GF noodles, very good. TJs has great seasonings, cheese and so many unique goodies. Their coconut ice cream is really good and they have so many cookies/sweets that are yummy too. Lots of dips/spreads too that are good. I made a similar meal this week, but used TJs plain shrimp and their alfredo sauce. Much more bland than your wowzer meal! Love your shorts! So glad you are back cooking and enjoying campground life-delivery to your camp site is pretty awesome!
Hello Anthony, from Suffolk, VA. I'm a new subscriber. I've been RVing with my husband since 2021. We started tent camping during Covid. For Alfredo sauce, I use Classico brand. They have different varieties. I love Trader Joe's. I wait until my water boils to add the pasta. You have some pretty good knife skills chopping those peppers.The meal looked delicious.

I love my heavy bottom iron clad pans too. But cast iron is still my fave skillets, I use 3 different sizes, but I cook for 3 people. You ask about pasta sauce, my fave red sauce is always with rosemary & garlic in the sauce of I'm not particular about the brand. In fact, Aldi brand has a real tasty one we like. As far as Alfredo bechamel white sauce, I make my own with grated Romano & Parm. I use the grated Parm & Romano blend in a glass jar from Walmart for a short cut. I'm getting ready to make a shrimp Alfredo, now after seeing ur video I think I'll add some chicken too. Your meal looked so good. Ty for sharing.
Anthony, I always put a little oil in my pasta for the same reason you do. But I watch a lot of cooking shows and the experts always say that when you put oil in the pasta water, it will keep the sauce from adhering to the pasta. I still put it in because I don’t want the pasta sticking together. I only use a small amount of oil though.
I believe that putting oil in pasta water stops the foam from boiling over, but it also coats the pasta with oil and prevents a 100% bonding with the sauce, no oil equal full flavor, adjust your flames.and yes we have a camper and I know it's a little difficult but it can be done! Being from Louisiana food is really a Thang with us.

For my household we love prego spaghetti sauce. Anthony I always let my water boil first before adding the pasta.
