Awwww ~ thank you for sharing this video, very informative. This is exactly the reason why I had to spend weeks to find a reputable pet groomer who will do our 1 year old Maltichon's first haircut because I am fully aware that there are so many groomers who are lazy or uneducated. I cannot risk my dog's health and life for it so it doesn't matter if I spend more on pet grooming with a reputable dog groomer than losing my baby dog. And I hope that pet groomers around the world would have a genuine heart when taking care of them.

First off, you have taught me so much, thank you!! Which dryer would be better for a 65 lb goldendoodle as a fluffer. I groom him at home but bathe him at a wonderful self dog wash where I do dry him but the actual cut usually happens the next day.
I have a different shernbao, no heat and I love it! I have a large f1b doodle 16months old who is super curly and this makes it soooo much easier! Only thing is I still can. Get my pup to let me dry her head 😂 only neck down! So maybe I can dry that last dryer you showed

I’m in a real bind. I have three dogs, one who has been deemed extremely aggressive and two dogs who are still puppies almost dogs. My vet told me not to have them groomed until six months. For some reason I thought that meant bathing. When I received my Social Security check, I bought quite a bit of grooming pieces based on your recommendations. I couldn’t believe how expensive scissors are! (my husband passed in 2019 and the gardener changed the code to my home during the funeral and I’ve been living on disability since. I’m in the shelter now. I have absolutely no money and no attorney.) Just to let you know my financial situation and why I haven’t brought them to the groomers.) actually I’ve been trying to make appointments and no one will take them mostly because the Maltese is 21 years old. The other two are shih tzus. One is super hyper and can’t sit still and won’t let me brush him. The other one is an angel and lets me brush him but he shakes the whole time. He’s scared and I don’t wanna scare him more with the sound of the Clippers. I only have the micro fiber towels, I don’t own a blow dryer. Certainly not one like this! Of course I clean up around their eyes and their privates. I don’t know what to do. I can’t afford a groomer and I’ve spent so much money on this grooming. Also, I’m in a shelter so I don’t have a lot of amenities. How do I groom these dogs without killing them or hurting them? I can’t do it I guess. I have to though. I can’t believe I spent over $500 that is so much money to me. Do you have any tips? All your dogs are so complacent, how do you get them to behave? Also, I bought these restraints but it didn’t come with instructions so I have no idea how to put it together. Oh yeah I am handicapped. Makes it a little bit more difficult too.

It depends on the size of the dog. If it was a very small dog, you could just go with the Duz dryer. Anything bigger than that you would have to have a force dryer.

I have 2 yorkies, they are merles, cotton hair not the silky or wire hair. Ones 10lbs and one will be around 7/8.....what would you say would be the best for them out of all the ones you have listed in the video? I groomed from day 1 so they dont mind noise, they just aren't a fan of the dryer when it's on the face.

I have a question about trimming their nails. My dog’s nails are too long, longer than can be trimmed in one cut to make them where they should be soooo, if I trim them today, how long should I wait before trimming again so I don’t damage or go into the quik? It makes me so nervous!
I’m not happy with our groomer and will be switching but in the meantime so gotten behind schedule.

I have a shih Tzu Maltese mix and no matter how many times I brush her or don't brush her and bath her she always gets severely matted I groom her at home because she is a very anxious little girl and would have to be sedated each time I need her groomed and bc I can't afford a 300$ vet/grooming bill every month I cut her myself so she's not scared.can you recommend a product or technique for me to try on her to get the matt's out?thank you in advance

My dog has not been groomed for 4 yrs By last owner, I am brushing her dayley and handling her feet when i do. any tips to make her not scared to be cliped? she did let me do sanitary clip with my beard clippers.
