I have a question
My house is currently under construction and hence i do not have any existing flooring.
Do I need to first install tiles and then install SPC flooring on top
Or can we prepare the floor out of cement (making it smooth and levelled) and install SPC flooring directly

Well, installing tiles (may be of 3rd grade to save on the cost) is always recommended. so that in case in future you want to get something else on your floor, you are saved all the hassle.
But in case you don't want to invest time and money then you can just level and smoothen the cement floor and directly get SPC flooring installed.

what if we use in bedroom, as indian culture we daily do mopping so due to wet does this flooring get spoil? it is waterproof? as you said no heavy obejcts to be use. but in bed room there r beds, wardrobs.. kids play so does the interlock get break
Good question! This product is waterproof so you can do mopping without any worries.
Heavy objects should not be moved without wheels on this floor. Rest, beds and wardrobes which are usually once installed not moved, are not a problem at all.

Hi! SPC and Laminated wooden both are good options for office areas. SPC of some brands have had issues of lock breaking up. You can prefer brands like Welspun for SPC.
Can we do herringbone design with SPC tiles?
Standard spc cannot be installed in herringbone pattern. There are certain companies which have herringbone design spc flooring
One concern, Can I use it for 5th floor flat or any floor in multi floor building...? I need to take into account the it's weight so that *doesn't add much strain* to overall building structure..
Yes you can use it on any floor of the building. It is very light weight and won't add strain to the structure.

Vinyl flooring or Spc can be installed in dry areas of washroom, but for slippery floors i would suggest either rugged tiles or rubber mats

SPC k pichle 1-2 years se feedback negative aa rahe hai, that's wy you can either move to CDC or Laminated wooden

ye problem kaafi gharo mein aati hai. Agar apki trolley wheels aur floor ke beech mein 6-7mm ki total gap to bilkul laga sakte hai.

If the existing marble floor is a bit unlevelled , can we use spc flooring on top ??
i would recommend to first level the floor and then only install spc flooring. this will also increase the longevity of the product.
