I used Newtone, a pitch correction VST/software in FL Studio (you can use it in the demo). I also used Audacity/Stereo Mix to record it, since saving files on the FL Studio demo wasn't allowed. I recommend watching tutorials on how to use it.
UPDATE: Barney is doing great after his transplant. He's happy, he's got a wife and 3 kids (considering having a fourth), and he feels like he's got another 16 million years left in him (pun intended)
