We don’t have leaders in Ghana , yes , What we have are shashai-Loi who pose like they know something aaaaaa .
You are mandated to make something better, you couldn’t so you rather wanna sell it to another member of the government?? Can you imagine!?
Brayn Acheampong can’t help you to run and make the hotels better ?
But he can make it better if it’s sold to him . Pure wickedness!
Mr Osafo Marfo you and your board members must resign!!

Obviously, he was brought there to fulfill this agenda- selling off the hotels. Mind you, the previous DG was removed: the question is why?

Benard is a disappointment with his line of questions. It looks like he just wants to give the man an opportunity to whitewash himself and the board. How can you allow him to spew lies in the face of available facts and evidences. Shame onto Benard.

I’m disappointed in Bernard. His line of questioning is worrying. Tell the person he was wrong. You were ranting on radio about this issue and you now have the opportunity to interview the MD and you’re acting like he pays your salary. Ask him about the individual valuators report. Why did they push it to the dust bin. Why are they adding Labadi to the portfolio they’re selling?. What this man has done it share the problem leaving himself out.

@Bernard, hotel investment in Africa has been driven by growing tourism, rising incomes, and an attractive investment ecosystem. Though Ghana has incredible tourism potential, big hotel brands might be hesitant to invest in hotels in Ghana due to the fact that the Ghana tourism market is not well established. In recent times, investments in Airbnb and apartments in strategic locations like the airport residential area, cantonment, and East Legon are competing with these SSNIT hotels. Let's put an end to the politics of the NPP and NDC and tackle this issue in the good of the country.

Ghana has a problem. We are the same people that would come blaming whoever we don't know of collapsed institutions.
We like to do blame games too much.

Everything is assuming a junk status in Ghana, under NPP, Akufo Addo and Bawumia government. IMF and World Bank said Ghana is still distressed, Ghana is not making profit like the SSNIT hotels.
If we go by the NPP government's position on the SSNIT hotel issue, it will mean that Ghana needs a new government as soon as possible😂
If labour union really mean business, the lifeline of the current SSNIT boss and board will not cross Friday of this week.
You got their balls in your hands, just press it hard for comprehensive results. You're all jokers!!!

Bernard, are you now using your platform to allow politicians to defend the indefensible? Are those all the questions that you could ask? When it suits you, you philosophize and talk about the right things. I have been listening to you for about six to seven years. These days, there is a subtle pattern. Another thing: stop cutting people off. We like to hear your other colleagues opinions too. You lived in the UK. Is that how Nick Ferrari behaves? We will be listening to Alfred Okansey. He asks the right questions.

Master! This is the deep end. If you can't swim the shallow end is for you. Benard is just fine with his incisive probes. Also, he goes for the truth without colour or bias on his part.

Bernard, you really disappointed me n others with your line of questioning. The guy is saying he's trying to figure out the problem with the assets but he's doing everything to sell until the loudness of the public gave him no option but to retract, if Rock city is profitable to but and run it to make it top notch, then why cant the owner who is a cabinet member help snnit make the needed adjustments and take his sit down allowance as a minister?? but buying it is his only option????. I'm sorry but I believe Johnny Hughes would have done justice to this interview rather since your are trying to be diplomatic with the questions...why was his boss fired and why did the next in line resign???? The guy's who father said there's no work in the govt section, but enough jobs for his sons. He has 5 months left on the job and must be investigated if the next govt has any credibility to do so.
