    Fully automatic Brinell hardness testing system
    Mainly realizes direct Brinell or Rockwell hardness testing of large components such as steel gas cylinders, aluminum hydrogen energy gas cylinders, automobile engine cylinder heads, high-speed rail wheel sets, aerospace engine die forging parts (titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy, aluminum alloy), shipbuilding heavy industry forging parts, and oil drill pipes at the production site. In view of the actual needs of large changes in sample product size and structure and inability to cut and sample, the system adopts advanced PLC closed-loop servo loading technology, high-precision force sensor, hydraulic servo lifting technology, three-axis linkage control technology, and intelligent (unattended) fully automatic hardness testing line to quickly and reliably solve industry problems.
    Fully automatic Brinell hardness testing system implementation standards:
    The intelligent (unattended) fully automatic hardness testing line strictly follows the relevant technical standards and safety specifications of the state on "Brinell and Rockwell hardness related test methods", "special equipment production and filling unit licensing rules", and "gas cylinder safety technical regulations" in the entire process of design, manufacturing, inspection, and acceptance, meeting the online hardness testing of gas cylinders, and is used for Rockwell hardness testing of gas cylinders after heat treatment.

    This system design will be based on customer needs, adopt a modular design approach, follow the design principles of reliability, safety, humanization, and economy, and tailor a highly reliable intelligent (unattended) fully automatic hardness testing line for customers.
    The product structure is divided into:

    4.1 Wide application scenarios: Φ219mm~Φ416mm, length 700~2000mm (straight cylinder section length)
    4.2 Wide measurement range. It can realize the integrated installation of 7 mechanical test methods. Realize Brinell hardness scale. It can be equipped with Rockwell depth measurement module, Brinell depth measurement module, fully automatic Brinell CELL module, instrumented indentation method to determine tensile properties, fracture properties, and elongation after fracture module.
    4.3 Unattended one-button operation. Based on the mature and reliable PLC+visual measurement controller platform of the times, the system realizes 11 sets of automatic processes such as automatic reception of incoming materials, automatic judgment of bottle length, automatic positioning, automatic tightening, automatic milling, automatic high-speed approach, automatic low-speed loading, CMOS automatic image acquisition, automatic image evaluation, automatic data saving, and automatic data upload.
