- One of my most challenging creations yet, it required a lots of patience! This chocolate masterpiece, inspired by the iconic house lifted in the sky, features five different fruit-flavored chocolate bonbons, Lemon, Mandarin, Raspberry, Pistachio and Blueberry in each balloons.
A sweet journey in the air!

The look on your face when it held up once it was fully assembled, I think you even shocked yourself with this one! 😅 amazing work! I’d be happy with the house itself but the whole thing is spectacular

The look on his face when it all came together... even the Master can be surprised at his own skill. He challenged himself with this project and exceeded even his own expectations! He really doesn't have very many equals in this area. Well done, Chef Guichon!! A pleasure, as always, to watch it come together.

How do you keep getting better with every creation? Your imagination. Your details! Your patience! You're always smiling and never get your hands messy. I can't imagine how much this would cost, how much chocolate, or who would ruin it by eating it! They all belong in a cold art museum. But how long would they last!

This is absolutely one of the best showpieces yet! Holy WOW! It's especially impressive after watching the episode of School of Chocolate that discusses bow difficult it is to make *anything* chocolate hang without destroying itself.
but how did he get it to stick to the sugar rod? :o melting? if so it wasnt shown but the fact this much weight can be supported by mere chocolate is insane...
He makes a huge bell and the whole thing is hung on a chocolate chain, it's unreal. Some of the stuff he makes is amazing

You are right in this. We were stolen from reality and took us to the beautiful world of imagination. This movie I love very much, and every time they rebroadcast it, I watch it again because he travels in a house carrying balloons and takes him to magical and beautiful places, the beauty of which is breathtaking, captivating, and breathtaking. We love his videos. Its one of the few things I sit down to watch with my daughter. An idea that i think would top these videos is if at the end of each video you record people or a party reveal reaction to the finished sculpture and watch the reactions when everyone digs into eating it!
