CPIM ruled for 35 years and ruled with such corrupt and dictatorial manner that development was nil and millions of people lived in poverty and poor.
From 2017, Mamata Bannerjee and the TMC party started the promised new age in West Bengal but in 10 years, nothing has changed rather it has gone worse with massive corruption from top to bottom with civil administration and police administration under the control of the party. Political violence and retaliation is common if anyone objects or protest so people keep their mouth shut. The local party cadres target the ones who complains about corruption in the panchayat with regard to development work. Its a very unfortunate and a sad reality which normally we get to see in the movies.
People need to exercise their voiting rights and use this power to vote them out of power and bring a change.
Even if the party cadres give you some cheap freebies before the election but make sure to vote for a political party which can end corruption and violence and brings development to this once great state.
