It took CHATGPT a few tries to translate but those words along what I assume is the border says Russia on one side and Kharkiv on the other (in Russian). I'm not sure why they gave a country name on one side and an oblast on the other. They should have had either Russia/Ukraine, or Kursk/Kharkiv, IMO.
I do not see what your Artificial Stupidity is seeing. i n the first map and the second map it both says Russia/Ukraine. First map in Cyrillic/Russian, second in Latin/English letters.
