Very well said. I wanted her so bad I didn't even try rolling for her until AFTER I beat the event. That way I wouldnt get bummed out if I didn't get her. Only had 180 saint quartz but still that was a good amount of chances & sure enough on my 3rd ten pull I got her TWICE! man what a relief that was. The cost of that? I wanted calamity jane too but got spooked by 4 random golden servants, none of them rate up at all & never got jane even after I spent the rest. It was well worth the cost though lol
They knew when they created her that she'd be way too powerful to be a welfare server.lol; and they also knew they had to come out with a servant that you'd be willing to roll for besides a certain servant that everyone is waiting for that is years from coming out

Honestly you pushing things out this early might be the better bet, because it gives people time to consider if they want to save up for a servant rather then feeling pressured in the moment when the banner is either out or like a week away. Just an opinion, I think this kind of thing is good. I was gonna roll for anyway personally but having an early reminder is nice.
But there are plenty of more times that a servant becomes more useful years after their release making it overall beneficial to review them right before they come out in NA A great example is berserker lancelot. dude’s ass without skadi meaning if you reviewed him at his JP launch he’ll get rated a lot lower than he would if he did while knowing skadi is in JP.

(He'd be nice as well, even though i got a Napoleon, who'll eventually get a huge buff and an NP 4 Emiya as my main Buster-Archers)

Space Ishtar is the servant I've been waiting all year for, her ability to change her NP type is awesome and I love how it allows her to remain a effective farmer no matter what the meta is. Basically she is the total package as far as I'm concerned, hoping to get this one at NP5 the only servant that I've wanted to go the whole nine yards, Max grailed level, Max 2k all maxed skills and with her event right after a lottery it should be easy to have all the exp and qp ready to have her all set and ready to go. Here's hoping she's nice to all the masters who roll for her, IMO should be everyone lol lets give all the SQ to best goddess.
Have her NP2. Both times being on the second single. My single best invested to my JP account ever. The most universal servant you could ever hope to pull next to Waver. A definite must pull.

Space Ishtar the only unit I can say gets better with age as the more supports come out the stronger she gets basically holding the infinity gauntlet of units. Basically reverse Hyde. 3 Different ways to get more damage aside np. Base arts and it's Rin. Gotta roll as hard as I can and hopefully get her ready to use. Jp only ups her use in non loop waves with the vitch system and man that's so amazing. Also jp didn't appreciate her until her rerun banner as post castoria she can loop without much need aside the double saber caster. I've seen a few videos.

I usually don't like Ishtar (I'm more of an Ereshkigal person) but Space Ishtar definitely caught my attention. She looks like she'll probably end up being one of my favorites

to people with NP1 S-ishtar, she is still good at looping right? On JP i chose musashi over her and even though most/all guides to looping recommend an NP2 musashi she can still refund 100% on enemies up to about 60k hp, but of course her NP reaches overkill faster than S-ishtar so i just wanted to know before using an extra 300+ sq than planned on NA
november actually. This is way ahead of the event but I think it´s because there aren´t that many new events coming (and she´s the meta queen, so she gets priority I guess).
i just roled for Super orion and got mordred instead ,i was pretty shocked that a flimsy summon ticket would actually give me a 5star ,i tried my luck again and by some unholy means i got super orion ,i was screaming all around the place to get 2 back to back 5 stars w just summon ticket,was feeling lucky i decided to role for Space ishtar after spending 200sq and getting 2 ,4star i was bout to give up being happy w mordred and super orion,but my sq were uneven i decided to go for single summon to make the total sq remaining 300 and to my surprise i got NP2 space ishtar, in a row of single summon,is the FBI goin to hunt me down for 4 ,5star in a day and two 4stars...im scared,m i playing FGO anymore?
S Ishtar needs to be at least np2 to get good damage. Me, who is getting 300k neutral damage at np1 per enemy in the 3rd wave (900 k for 3 enemies) with double castroia + oberon or double Koyanskaya + oberon. I hope I get her in NA too. I didn't get a single ssr this year without trouble.
@@sorashizen5130 yes, she can do nearly 200-250k neutral damage if I give her additional buff such as using waver. I used to use waver to give her additional buff before I got koyanskaya and oberon.
Always enjoy your servant reviews, and noticed two things that made them even more relevant to the meta: 1. Acknowledging the major supports in the team comp section and 2. Recommending a CE with full attack stats. Nice job!
This Monday I managed to o get her and today... I managed to np3 her... At long last glad I got her though the question is now how long till the looping ends with her as she can master loop anything now, my guess never 🤣

I already have a good farming setup using Waver and Nitocris or DaVinci lily, and probably should save for Castoria since I somehow got Summer Jeanne and Musashi this Summer... I'm still totally going for Spishtar
I'm prepared to, if not necessarily whale, at least dolphin for her, but to be perfectly honest, I already spent waaaaaay more on the game this year than I originally intended. In January, I was like "Okay, so I roll a little for Birb, because she's cute and useful, and then save like a madman, then maybe do a few rolls for Junao while ignoring everyone else until Space Ishtar, and then try to get her to NP2". Instead, thanks to having some extra disposable income thanks to my novel getting picked up by a publisher and poor impulse control, I rolled for Hoku (NP2), Melt, Kama, Ishtar, Majin-san, Junao (NP2, second copy from GSSR), and mUSAshi (NP2), and those are just the Servants I actually rolled for, not counting the spooks. Needless to say, I have little to nothing saved up for Astarte, and it fills wallet-kun with profound dread.
Really really late to this one but oni, I really think lanling definitely deserves a mention in her recommended servants because her 3rd skill has a good chance of missing. Trust me, after getting her and using her quite a bit, that 3rd skill can be super annoying at times because of its success rate. Lanling can easily fix that with his buff success rate up and in addition, it also can give her np charge and he has an arts buff as well. Also if you can np chain with him, you get a huge offensive buff as well.
From a gameplay perspective Space Ishtar without a doubt, but Ishtar is still very good. Ishtar in NA right now works really well in comps with a second dps (especially if they are crit based) and can do pretty much anything from farming to harder content with how much she buffs her atk (can require good card rng), her only real demerits is the fact she has rng invul+ignore invul and that she doesn't buff crit damage as much as other main dps crit servants. Space Ishtar on the other hand is undoubtedly the better farmer and when Castoria and other big supports come out she basically becomes the top farmer in the game. Space Ishtar can do harder content but if it doesn't die in three turns (and if you have better ST alternatives) then she drops off a lot in effectiveness. If you are on the fence or care more about gameplay then pick Space Ishtar (whose banner is also soon), but if you like one more then the other for story/look/personality/or other reasons then just go with them.
Oh boy my favorite gameplay servant! Imma put everything into her banner, right now I'm holding 1000 sq and 70 tickets I want her NP5. 1000 is not enough but I'll see how the banner treats me, in reality I'll be fine with 3 copies for the time being. Just means I gotta go just as hard on her 2nd banner. I want to use her on 90+ nodes, aka 1,2,2 2,2,3 3,1,2. 2,1,3

No question she's a powerful servant and darn good at what she does. Of course since I threw so much at Lancer Melt there isn't much to really chase after Space Ishtar with. So actually pulling her likely isn't going to happen. But no question it is nice to take in just how good she is.
@@FalseRoads Yeah. Won't exactly skip her banner for that reason. Although the amount of quartz that got used for Summer Melt amazingly never lead to a single Ruler Artoria. Which makes me think my 5* luck isn't in a good place. Still worth a shot. You never know.
Space Cowgirl is one of those servants that are underrated at first till people started to realise that she is basically the Deku-level of protagonist in FGO. Everything the devs do and every single piece of content revolves around her and eventhough she got a really rough start with some very terrible basic standards (a jack of all trades...) at the end of the game she will become GOGOGOGOGO tier. With Double Vitch there is NO nodes that she cannot farm and while her damage might be a tiny bit lower than Arjuna Alter she neednt no plugsuit to farm properly. And with an Oberon support she can achieve Super Orion's BBB chain level of damage in wave 3 completely outclassing Arjuna Alter himself with fkin insane stacking steroids... I think she is simply a must pull, even above the likes of Super Orion and Skadi (rerun). Also this is prolly her best banner since her rerun is right after Muramasa and just a bit before Van Gogh so... Yeah just pull tbh you dont need NP 2 but a copy of her should be MANDATORY.
Honestly her lack of class advantage being an avenger is one of her strengths imo, it lets her hit almost always neutrally to everything and gives her the 1.1 attack multiplier of avengers while not being berserker makes her better against them too.
It's a quirk of the damage formula, they have the highest damage modifier so even though buster is supposed to be the strongest card type, Quick NPs usually do more damage
You can also buster chain which none of the other types get. It also has the most supports with 50% buffs, followed by arts who only has Tamamo/Castoria, and then quick who only has Skadi. It's one of those high floors/low ceiling kind of thing.

Oni I have disagree with avenger class being disadvantage for her its actually advantageous for her to be a farmer same as Dante. That class has one of the least counters to it (zerker counters almost everything). At high attack stats being avenger and 1.1x damage with those buff she can take on any class for farming. Moon cancer is pretty non existent in fgo. Love your vids always and I laugh every time you talk about skills since we all know about you and servant skills relations. 😂😂😂

It's my birthday, and the best thing lasagna done for me since dw, tqs for the np5 Ashtart for less than 250sq. the copies was all from singles and coming when I was around 180+sq.
The only Rin I have is Rider Ishtar so I am hoping the gacha gods shine there light on me like they did with Berserker Musashi, scored her at NP3 in 60 quartz...maybe that same luck will carry over....maybe....T.T

to people with NP1 S-ishtar, she is still good at looping right? On JP i chose musashi over her and even though most/all guides to looping recommend an NP2 musashi she can still refund 100% on enemies up to about 60k hp, but of course her NP reaches overkill faster than S-ishtar so i just wanted to know before using an extra 300+ sq than planned on NA
NP1 ishtar is fine, better than Musashi even. There are math comparisons out there look it up

november actually. This is way ahead of the event but I think it´s because there aren´t that many new events coming (and she´s the meta queen, so she gets priority I guess).

i just roled for Super orion and got mordred instead ,i was pretty shocked that a flimsy summon ticket would actually give me a 5star ,i tried my luck again and by some unholy means i got super orion ,i was screaming all around the place to get 2 back to back 5 stars w just summon ticket,was feeling lucky i decided to role for Space ishtar after spending 200sq and getting 2 ,4star i was bout to give up being happy w mordred and super orion,but my sq were uneven i decided to go for single summon to make the total sq remaining 300 and to my surprise i got NP2 space ishtar, in a row of single summon,is the FBI goin to hunt me down for 4 ,5star in a day and two 4stars...im scared,m i playing FGO anymore?

Me, who is getting 300k neutral damage at np1 per enemy in the 3rd wave (900 k for 3 enemies) with double castroia + oberon or double Koyanskaya + oberon. I hope I get her in NA too. I didn't get a single ssr this year without trouble.
I think she can still do enough dmg even with just double koyan, especially if you invested on her
@@sorashizen5130 yes, she can do nearly 200-250k neutral damage if I give her additional buff such as using waver. I used to use waver to give her additional buff before I got koyanskaya and oberon.
Always enjoy your servant reviews, and noticed two things that made them even more relevant to the meta: 1. Acknowledging the major supports in the team comp section and 2. Recommending a CE with full attack stats. Nice job!

Not going to lie, when I saw this in my feed, I panicked for a moment thinking she was closer to release than expected (I believe she is coming late October after the Oniland rerun right?) but either way I am hyped for my most anticipated servant of the year! :D Heres hoping I can get her to NP3, or at the very least np2.
I already have a good farming setup using Waver and Nitocris or DaVinci lily, and probably should save for Castoria since I somehow got Summer Jeanne and Musashi this Summer...

I'm so incredibly mega hyped for Space Ishtar. I'm aiming for NP3 and she's getting grailed immediately.
I'm prepared to, if not necessarily whale, at least dolphin for her, but to be perfectly honest, I already spent waaaaaay more on the game this year than I originally intended.
In January, I was like "Okay, so I roll a little for Birb, because she's cute and useful, and then save like a madman, then maybe do a few rolls for Junao while ignoring everyone else until Space Ishtar, and then try to get her to NP2".
Instead, thanks to having some extra disposable income thanks to my novel getting picked up by a publisher and poor impulse control, I rolled for Hoku (NP2), Melt, Kama, Ishtar, Majin-san, Junao (NP2, second copy from GSSR), and mUSAshi (NP2), and those are just the Servants I actually rolled for, not counting the spooks. Needless to say, I have little to nothing saved up for Astarte, and it fills wallet-kun with profound dread.

Really really late to this one but oni, I really think lanling definitely deserves a mention in her recommended servants because her 3rd skill has a good chance of missing. Trust me, after getting her and using her quite a bit, that 3rd skill can be super annoying at times because of its success rate. Lanling can easily fix that with his buff success rate up and in addition, it also can give her np charge and he has an arts buff as well. Also if you can np chain with him, you get a huge offensive buff as well.
Over 800 sq saved for this baby . Hope I can get her to NP2
A reminder to anyone with Ozy, his skill can make Ishtar's 80% skill guaranteed.
If you mean his third skill, that alters DEBUFF success rate, not buff success rate. You're thinking of Ozy.

Should I get Space Ishtar or Ishtar ? What would be better
From a gameplay perspective Space Ishtar without a doubt, but Ishtar is still very good. Ishtar in NA right now works really well in comps with a second dps (especially if they are crit based) and can do pretty much anything from farming to harder content with how much she buffs her atk (can require good card rng), her only real demerits is the fact she has rng invul+ignore invul and that she doesn't buff crit damage as much as other main dps crit servants. Space Ishtar on the other hand is undoubtedly the better farmer and when Castoria and other big supports come out she basically becomes the top farmer in the game. Space Ishtar can do harder content but if it doesn't die in three turns (and if you have better ST alternatives) then she drops off a lot in effectiveness.
If you are on the fence or care more about gameplay then pick Space Ishtar (whose banner is also soon), but if you like one more then the other for story/look/personality/or other reasons then just go with them.

No question she's a powerful servant and darn good at what she does. Of course since I threw so much at Lancer Melt there isn't much to really chase after Space Ishtar with. So actually pulling her likely isn't going to happen. But no question it is nice to take in just how good she is.

@@FalseRoads Yeah. Won't exactly skip her banner for that reason. Although the amount of quartz that got used for Summer Melt amazingly never lead to a single Ruler Artoria. Which makes me think my 5* luck isn't in a good place.

the oniland re-run after Gilfest has a Raid that drops eggs. I would concentrate my efforts there.
Space Cowgirl is one of those servants that are underrated at first till people started to realise that she is basically the Deku-level of protagonist in FGO. Everything the devs do and every single piece of content revolves around her and eventhough she got a really rough start with some very terrible basic standards (a jack of all trades...) at the end of the game she will become GOGOGOGOGO tier. With Double Vitch there is NO nodes that she cannot farm and while her damage might be a tiny bit lower than Arjuna Alter she neednt no plugsuit to farm properly.
And with an Oberon support she can achieve Super Orion's BBB chain level of damage in wave 3 completely outclassing Arjuna Alter himself with fkin insane stacking steroids... I think she is simply a must pull, even above the likes of Super Orion and Skadi (rerun). Also this is prolly her best banner since her rerun is right after Muramasa and just a bit before Van Gogh so... Yeah just pull tbh you dont need NP 2 but a copy of her should be MANDATORY.
I'll quit if I don't get her

Honestly her lack of class advantage being an avenger is one of her strengths imo, it lets her hit almost always neutrally to everything and gives her the 1.1 attack multiplier of avengers while not being berserker makes her better against them too.

It's a quirk of the damage formula, they have the highest damage modifier so even though buster is supposed to be the strongest card type, Quick NPs usually do more damage

You can also buster chain which none of the other types get. It also has the most supports with 50% buffs, followed by arts who only has Tamamo/Castoria, and then quick who only has Skadi. It's one of those high floors/low ceiling kind of thing.
Quick NPs have the best modifiers, so they do the most damage follow by arts and buster.

Oni I have disagree with avenger class being disadvantage for her its actually advantageous for her to be a farmer same as Dante. That class has one of the least counters to it (zerker counters almost everything). At high attack stats being avenger and 1.1x damage with those buff she can take on any class for farming. Moon cancer is pretty non existent in fgo. Love your vids always and I laugh every time you talk about skills since we all know about you and servant skills relations. 😂😂😂

It's my birthday, and the best thing lasagna done for me since dw, tqs for the np5 Ashtart for less than 250sq. the copies was all from singles and coming when I was around 180+sq.
The only Rin I have is Rider Ishtar so I am hoping the gacha gods shine there light on me like they did with Berserker Musashi, scored her at NP3 in 60 quartz...maybe that same luck will carry over....maybe....T.T
