I haven't been getting the best of sleep recently. Going to sleep at 4am and waking up at noon, my mind not shutting up about college work and stressing out. This definitely helped me sleep a bit better. Granted not at 9 or 10pm like normal, but sleeping at 3am is still better than 4😅 Thank you for this Ged, it did help out tons💜
My brain rarely shuts up... ever and at night for the most part fills with self doubt, worry's, so many worry's. Overthinking what I did or said during the day or an other idea for something I want to do or create.
