Currently I am going celibate for six months to a year and it’s to basically do a cleanse from being in nonstop relationships. My goal of doing this cleansing from relationships is to then bring in the right person for me. I had never heard of “twin flame” but found this term after we had a brief separation that caused excruciating emptiness, cold, lifeless feeling within my chest. That’s when I searched and tried to understand the unexplainable feelings I had never felt in my life, much less, surrounding a man I had only known 1 month. Thank you. I’m a physician and I’ve been so grounded and in action mode to complete my training. My soul had no personal expression, but I was extremely empathic and sacrificed every ounce of myself for my family and my patients. I never had the space or time to enrich my soul. We are in separation now, and I know this separation is necessary for me to find myself and my soul. It’s awful and sad, but I know this is crucial for my growth individually. I finally stepped back into my power after a bad breakup, and told myself "I just want someone perfect for me, they don't have to be perfect, just for me" and I was done with dating and settling for less than what I truly wanted from a lover (which was attraction, really, I am rarely attracted to people so I often dated people who worked on paper).
